Worst ever I have been a manager before and I under stand food service but they got my sandwich wrong instead of fixing it they told me to fix they gave me the ingredients wrapped up and sent me on my way so I paid 22.00 for a sandwich that they told me to make myself never will go there again

Orders are arriving later and later with each purchase. When you attempt to call, their phones are off the hook. I called over 100 times to cxl order - phone stayed busy the entire time.

Typical Jimmy John’s. Quick sandwiches on fresh bread. Tasty.
Really slow drive through service. Screwed up the order. Although it was expensive I did not want to waste more time for them to screw it up again
