Worst ever I have been a manager before and I under stand food service but they got my sandwich wrong instead of fixing it they told me to fix they gave me the ingredients wrapped up and sent me on my way so I paid 22.00 for a sandwich that they told me to make myself never will go there again

Orders are arriving later and later with each purchase. When you attempt to call, their phones are off the hook. I called over 100 times to cxl order - phone stayed busy the entire time.

Good food, New bourbon chicken is amazing with the signature sauce, I think they add mayo as well, which was surprisingly delicious, cold drinks and fast service!

Very unprofessional went back two times sandwich was still wrong. The people in the back are too busy listening to music. Someone needs to check the cameras and enforce the rule because it’s very unsanitary and unprofessional will be contacting Jimmy John corporate personally.

We used to pop in from time to time. However, the customer service at this location has gone down. What's the point in points if they don't ask for them or allow you to use them. If a complaint is voiced, you will get an attitude from the workers. Especially the lady at the window. 2 thumbs down. We still enjoy the commercials.
