Ordered a French dip sandwich with fries. The beef on the French dip seemed old, was a congealed glob of what appeared to at one time be freshly sliced beef. The meat was dry and way overcooked. Supremely disappointed in this experience, as I expect better from a place that charges this much for fast food.

So I just ordered our food, noticed only 1 king beef, we ordered 2. Went back to the drive thru, the kind brotha at the window reassured us there was two sandwiches in there after sticking his hand in the bag without gloves on. Real nice, seeing I paid $25 for a sandwich & some contaminated fries. A freaking joke. Meanwhile, everyone in the kitchen looked blazed & no leadership or responsibility in acknowledging their mistake.
My son eats tonight & I don't. Can't afford another $9 for a sandwich. I really wish people would grow up & take responsibility. And take your job seriously, but you deserve $20 bucks and hour for fast food... right.

I ordered online and still waited over 20mins. I went inside because the drive thru looked busy. I should have just went thru the drive thru. They barely spoke and no one looked happy. While I waited like 3 people walked out because they got tired of waiting to just get their order taken. She never spoke to anyone in line to let them know she would be with them or nothing. The workers at the bank were even looking over and shaking their heads. My fries were cold and my sandwich barley warm. She started to give me the wrong order and then asked the guy in the back and he was like I already made that order so idk if she gave mine to someone in the drive thru or not. Its was a mess but I did hear some of the workers talking about someone who didnt show up.

Used to love this place until my recent visit. Ordered the French dip but it was WAAYY saltier than usual. Almost inedible. I open the sandwich and I can see heaps of seasoning on the meat. Did the recipe change? Took forever to get my food too. $30?? Not going back.

Liked Arby’s better

The sandwich was awful. Only about 2oz of meat. Did not taste very good. My husband got the large and his didn't have much more meat than my sandwich. The French fries were the best part of the meal. A waste of money in my opinion. Only passing through this location. Very disappointed 😞

Lions Roast Beef is by far the most outstanding roast beef ever eaten! I would love it if we could get a store opened up in the west end of Belleville over off Rt 25. There's plenty of prime real-estate.
