Shrinkflation is real.

Food is good customer service was not so good.

Was not cooked all the way

It's a normal fast food restaurant.

It has just underwhelmed everytime for the cost. The food is okay not great and the service is subpar every time.

THE TRIPLE DARE... With an extra ounce of beef... We keep giving this location a chance and just keep getting disappointed.

I would have over looked the large fry that I didn't get with my if it wasn't for the horrible job of what you call a sandwich. Looks nothing like you advertise. Just scoops of meat..

At this point this location is just off my list, which is unfortunate being the only Illinois location.

Good for fast food

Drive thru was quick, order prepared correctly and efficiently. Parking lot clean. Food was nice and warm and good. Customer Service was friendly too. Will be back.

I'm traveling and staying in hotel less than 100 yards from restaurant. I walk over since I ubered and didn't get a rental. I arrived at 1045pm and their stated hours is until midnight. Door closed so I walked to drive thru chatted with someone... they would not serve me because I wasn't in a car but I pointed out their hours stated midnight. I was informed the manager said I needed to be in a vehicle for "safety " after being told I could use the app to order online!! It's 11pm ... they're still open for another hour yet was denied service.....wow!!! If I could give less stars i would. Worst restaurant experience ever!! Lol...i made order on door dash to get service... how screwed up was that. So update.... received meal from door dash, who was very polite and friendly. Food was not good...au jus was severely watered down.. nothing like a good au jus. You're better off spending your money at Arby's or any place but Lions choice! The chocolate shake was decent... hard to get that wrong.

Waited 30 mins just to get up to the register. Then the cashier said that they weren't taking anymore orders until caught up. She then proceeded to take someone behind us order because she complained. I guess she didn't think I was going to hear it.

It was extermly cold

Terrible roast beef weird all chopped up looks NOTHING like the pictures! Ordered the king it was so small and not appetizing at all! Fries soggy flavorless and greasy! My husband got italian beef and i literally laughed they should be embarrassed of that sandwich! First time and last time we will ever go there! Just awful

I drove 300 miles to have lunch here! It’s the best roast beef sandwich you’ll ever have in your life!!! Yummm

First time inside this Lions Choice. I loved how clean it is. Also Mr. Eric was so wonderful and helpful. Friendly and nice atmosphere! Delicious food
