This McDonalds was garbage. My muffins weren’t toasted, and the egg on the sandwich had some black spots on it, I can only assume was them not cleaning the egg cooker? The lady taking my order was wonderful, but the girl at the window handing me my food was rude, and didn’t even know what was actually in my bag. I just wanted quick decent breakfast a yesterday but I guess that’s too much to ask for.

Very helpful and polite staff. I feel their eagerness to please makes up for any mishap. They make even the drive through a pleasant experience. I come here for the excellent customer service that just makes me feel welcome.

We placed an online order, got to the first window and three separate times the manager opened it telling us we owe 11 dollars and we kept saying we have the online. Got to the second window and she moved there and seemed mad at us? An employee handed us our food and I told them we were definitely missing at least a Big Mac and some chicken nuggets, they gave us a small bag. They told us we didnt order a Big Mac so I showed them the receipt and they told us to pull up and shut the window before I could tell them what else we were missing. We were also missing fries and 3 cookies, which I tried to tell the man who walked out our second bag but he ignored me. It seemed extremely tense in BOH and the manager seemed pissed at us and I do not know why, we work in fast food so we know it can be stressful and are super nice and always tip until this time. I also know online orders can be annoying but if I knew it was this bad I would have placed it in person. The second bag only had a Big Mac in it and the man ignored me but I was scared of an escalation with their anger so I left. My husband went back up to the store today to ask about a refund for the missing fries and cookies (we had the receipt) and a man claiming to be manager (did not have a manager shirt) raised their voice at my husband and told us thats our problem and mumbled Spanish at him. My husband is so nice, I felt so bad for him. I go to this store weekly and never had this experience, I dont plan on going back until the blonde manager from last night and the man who claimed to be a manager today are not there. In the past Ive had great experiences with the gentleman in the past so I was honestly shocked he was sooo rude and angry over a small mistake. They thought we were crazy for wanting money back for not receiving the items we paid for. The app says we’re supposed to go in person to get a refund but after being extremely rude the gentleman told my husband it has to be requested on the app. I just genuinely want the refund for the two items, so sad this is the McDonalds was my favorite :(

The new 10 nuggets for $1 deal brought me back for the first time in over three years. I must state that even though the electronic order placing was different (and a bit difficult) for me, it was still convenient and very cool.

The Great Satan

This place has gone downhill. It's been a while since I've been here but I normally always use the drive through. The registers backed up with a bunch of people and I can't tell if they've already ordered or they're about to order. There's such a tiny amount of space here at the counter that distinguishing either group is impossible. The rest of the place is a mess. One of my videos shows how many flies I encountered. There is french fries, wrappers and receipts on the floor. The floor itself is sticky. The broom closet is open with a bucket sitting at the doorway as if someone thought maybe they should clean it up but never did. The drink area is disgusting mess. The bathrooms however are very clean.
I can only see two employees, but it looks like they're pretty much only working on Uber orders.
I ordered at the kiosk which is fine, but there's not an obvious place to pick up orders once it's ready. It took about 8 minutes for my burger to come out and 22 minutes for my frappe. It actually would have taken longer but I was able to get their attention to get it to me in a somewhat normal time. The lady next to me was waiting for her order for over a half hour. A lot of these places have this thing where they prioritize drive-thru to make the experience quicker for them, but screw everybody who's standing in line inside

Ordered via the McDonald's App. Doordash arrived with a different order. I identified the error before taking it. Doordash told me to call McDonald's since I ordered from their app. Called them, the Manager on duty offered no help or resolution, didn't even take my info. Told me to call back on Monday. The lack of customer service and professionalism was disappointing. I hope to get this resolved on Monday.

This place is terrible all the managers in there are disrespectful I talked to someone named christine she’s a manager and was rude wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before I was finished asking my question. I had a question about a refund and she told me since she’s the only one working she’s not able to help me. She told me I kept asking her the same questions over and over again and told me to call back because she wasn’t able to help. I still never got my refund either all associates are also lazy and I Don’t recommend getting food from them!!!!!!
