Received food fast because I just ordered one item nuggets were for my teen son. Custom service needs improvement especially by the manager that assisted a senior citizen while I was there. I work in HR and this location needs better leadership so the younger generation there can learn from. I rarely go to these fast food places around here because of this. I've experienced the worst customer service in O'Fallon, Illinois. I take my business to restraunts in the are instead.

This staff is completely untrained and have absolutely zero customer service. If the owners were smart they should fire all management and start over. What a joke.

This McDonald's is getting better. I find it best to go inside and get my QP with cheese. It seems like they are more fresh and juicy. The fries still seem to be hit and miss- sometimes salted most times not. I have to have mine salted as they used to do consistently over the years. The service is getting better, but the manager has to keep calling staff to their stations; it seems they huddle in the back break area. This inside, even after a recent remodel, seems so dirty and gloomy. There's nothing going on in there anymore. I know customer habits are changing to not eating inside much, but for the few people that were in there, it was cluttered and trash was all over the dining area. The soda station was also sparse with supplies and no ketchup to be found- you now have to ask for it. If I'm eating in, I like enough ketchup to dunk my fries- like the pump ketchup. The drivethru is always packed and some staff are more friendly than others in the drivethru. You can tell at this location who wants to work and who is just picking up a pay check.

Went through drive thru paid for my food then waited for 45 mins. Went inside 5 people running around not knowing whats going on or where peoples food is. And all 5 people sticking their hands grabbing random food and not communicating so my food was cold and missing 2 4 piece nuggets. Had what looked like only 1 to 2 people actually making the food. The line was long and they were parking everyone and forgetting to bring food out. Worst experience

Have to pay $3 for tap water now (same as soft drinks)!! Even with food, won't be back until that changes
Walked in and walked out. The floor was dirty. The area around to the self serve drinks was sticky and dirty. I can't imagine how nasty the kitchen is too.

Manager is rude . staff is unprofessional. Maybe if there were less gossiping . Orders could be prepared correctly. Had to come back twice because my orders were wrong . Didn’t go back the 3rd , just decided to leave the burger I paid for and never got . Don’t waste your money or time coming to this location

Order 1437. Quarter pounder with cheese deluxe had 2 bottom buns. Lemonade was tasteless. Fries were overcooked. They only got our business because they were 1 of the few places open late.
Restaurant was freezing. My wife couldn't even eat she was so cold. That's strange since it was over 90 degrees outside. Parking was messed up as well. We'll try someplace else next time.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Drive thru service on 14 Sep, order placed at 9:18pm order received at 9:39pm. Why is service slow when I am the only customer in the drive thru and no customers inside. There were 4 visible workers standing by drive thru window horsing around with sauce packets, serving themselves a drink, and checking their phone. 0 for food, $11 for a large qtr lb meal 😮. If I pay $11 for that meal, I expect the large fries to top of container, qtr lb patty cooked to a crisp and hard, and since when you order a large meal deal do you receive a medium soda filled mostly in ice. Lucky I felt generous to give 1 star for food being hot. Btw are napkins no longer given. As a manager or business owner, are you paying for horseplay and allowing workers to be scrolling on cell phone on company time. 0 for service. 4 visible employees including I assume is the operator cooking my food socializing rather than focusing on service. They looked like teens so I’ll just sigh 😔. When I worked food service, my manager didn’t allow slow service, horseplay, or having your phone out while working. They would warn once then clock you out. I guess that’s what the increase in minimum wage is paying. Oh btw, let’s not forget the three other driver thru customers that had to start waiting while I waited for my order. You need to do better franchisee. Hold your crew accountable or does that no longer exist at the expense of your customers and revenue. 0 for atmosphere because you caused a customer that typically doesn’t leave reviews to leave one for your location. Should have listened to the 3 star average your location received. Next time, I am tired and need to stop at a “fast” food place. I’ll go elsewhere and recommend others to try elsewhere. Would your store manager or franchise owner stand for the poor service. I think not.

Window service and a few things were missing. A coffee and a hasbrown. No problem though, they quickly corrected it.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I come here all the time, why did it take 20 mins of waiting in line, I had to pull up to the window and ask to order and the girl said her manager told her she cant take no more orders I said well please get your manager and he came to the door talking about what’s the problem and i said the problem is i been waiting over 20 mins to order after a guy over the head piece told me one moment and now I can’t order?? Oh i never said that, drive thru dont close til 12 i said okay then so can I order?!! The girl takes my order and the other female employee in the back running her mouth LOUDLY talking about you that pressed about McDonald’s basically talking a lot of mess. If you’re gonna talk crap at least do it where the customer cant hear you but it’s little girls working there so they wouldn’t understand. As a GM that is not how you conduct business and honestly very disappointed in my experience tonight. Whole staff that worked this evening needs to be replaced.
