I order catering today. The food was due for pickup at 3:45 p.m. I got there at 3:50 p.m. stood in line for awhile Alexa finally address me telling me she'll be with me never look back up to see what I need. Finally was able to get someone to help by the name of Joshua I found him I was picking up a catering order and I've been here for a while the time is now 4:10. I asked can I get a refund for the catering or could they remake the food because this food been sitting up there for a while he told me he can remake the food or give me corporate number. He went back to talk to someone named Hector. Hector told him the food only been up there since 3:52 and he will not remake it. I asked Joshua can I get the refund the food has been sitting up there now for 25 minutes and I have a 40-minute drive to drop the food off to my family. I asked both Joshua and Hector would they served this food to their family after it have been sitting for awhile plus a 40 minute drive Hector said no. And he said he cannot remake it and he can't give me a refund call corporate. At the end of the day I spent over $100 on getting food catered and was met with rudeness and poor customer service

Excellent service, fast food, friendly workers, and very clean, they can get quite busy especially the drive through so you might expect a little bit of a wait but it is worth it for the fresh orange chicken and fried rice- nice to check out if your local or passing through.

Another one that wants to rip you off. We had $0.03 in change to be returned to us and they said they couldn't do it. They don't have pennies well. They just stopped making them really then round up and give us a nickel. Very small portions again for what you pay. It's not worth it won't be back

The team working tonight are PHENOMENAL! People out the door, online orders coming though like shooting stars, and drive thru line long! And they rocked it without a manager!!!! The food was fresh, delicious, and the customer service was TOP TIER! Give them a raise immediately!!!!!

Ive tried 3 different panda express from 3 locations that are no where close from each other it all tastes the same and not in a good way. Service is amazing and the inside of the buildings are nice, but my main gripe was the food. It didnt taste that good to me

I am extremely dissatisfied with a recent experience at this location Panda Express.During my visit, I received an incomplete order, which was significantly below the standard I expect. When I politely brought this discrepancy to the attention of the evening manager, his response was dismissive and condescending, implying that I was attempting to obtain a complimentary meal. This was inaccurate; I simply sought to receive the items I had already paid for.

This experience left me very disappointed with both the quality of service and the management's handling of a customer complaint. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the overall interaction was unprofessional. I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore. I hope that this feedback will contribute to improvements in service.
