I ordered a small teriyaki chicken, and they gave me the fattiest, tendon and connective tissue filled chicken I've ever seen. Not a single piece of the chicken was edible. I genuinely hope they just gave me the trimmings they were going to throw away and that's not the actual quality of the chicken they serve regularly, bc GROSS. I wish I could post pictures. I'm not exaggerating. Also, my beef and broccoli bowl was tasteless. But I doused it in teriyaki and made it okay. Honestly, Im never coming back.

Me and my family have waited a lot of time to come here and today was the day to come here. When we came in we ordered what we wanted and everyone ordered a bigger plate. We spent about $40-$50 and they only gave us the normal plates. We didn’t want to disrupt anyone so we just ate what they gave us but everyone was fuming mad. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you can manage to get what you really want but apart from that I don’t want to come here ever again.

I got the orange chicken and the chow mein and there was a walnut in my chow mein. I’m allergic to walnuts, not deathly allergic but allergic enough. Why would there be a walnut near the noodles?

Placed an order on uber eats the noodles are dry like they are old and been sitting out all day the fried rice was white rice never again unless I actually go in to order my food

Don't expect mobile orders to be on time. The past four visits I have placed on the app I have had to wait 40 minutes or more after going in past when I was notified the order was ready. There is absolutely no accountability for the horrible service. If you can, go somewhere else.

Staff was not nice and I waited in the drive threw for an hour they were busy but was not trying doing more talking with other employees so employees was not taken care of coustomer properly

Food quality is great. Always hot, fresh, and tasty. However, the wait time is horrible. Every time I visit this location, I'm going in with some hope. I love Panda, but I just can't visit here anymore with the fact I'll have to wait over an hour for food. I see you pay well above minimum wage, so why don't people want to work here? This is not okay. The team members need help!

The food is always good but I feel bad for the kids that work here. They are working their butts off and there is not nearly enough of them to keep up with the volume. I waited an hour and thirty minutes for my pick up order which by all means is not their fault because they were slammed. But management needs to hire more staff. There’s like one kid going between cooking, taking orders, and doing drive through, totally unfair to him. Bless him for being so sweet to everyone tho because the customers were definitely not so nice.
