I like being able to bake it myself, ensuring that it is hot and fresh. They always have it ready when I get there. Or they make it quickly and do a great job. The staff is nice and will make the order as you specify. No problems. There's always easy parking, in and out quick.Parking: Lot's of parking, easy, quick parking close to establishment.

I am not sure why the disappointment in the reviews about this place not cooking the pizza. It's literally a take-n-bake pizza joint. So I guess if I'm going to complain, it's not going to be about that. This place is mediocre, at best. If there is something special about it, which I mean, they HAVE been in business a long time, I guess I just haven't experienced it. My dad loves their pizza. In fact, that is the reason I go here at all. Today, I went to get him a pizza for Father's Day and decided to try the BBQ chicken pizza as well. The service is...meh. It's nothing special, it took about 20 minutes to get both pizzas. It's also one of those places that asks for a tip on a pre-purchase. I tipped 20% (not sure why, I guess I was feeling generous), and got absolutely nothing above or beyond everyone simply doing the job they get paid to do. That's my bad I guess because, well, what else CAN or SHOULD they do other than make my pizza as I ordered it, in the order they received it? The pizzas were as I ordered, and the BBQ chicken pizza was ok. Like I said, nothing special. Maybe I'm missing the hype, because I feel like there are way better options for pizza as far as taste, convenience and service.
We order a pizza that was a halfN half. My side was suppose to have mushrooms, tomatoes and one kind of cheese. On my side I had pineapple, tomatoes and 2 kinds of cheese. The other half was done right. But we didn't order pineapple on either side so not sure why they added pineapple instead of the mushrooms that were requested.

In the end DO NOT order online. Placed an order for a mini murph online. Was told 30 minutes via email after getting confirmation. I watched multiple walk in customer that arrived shortly before me have orders completed. In the end pizza is good but ordering ahead is a joke. I could have got my mini murph in 10 minutes if I would have just ordered in store. Instead it took around 50 minutes.
