Phenomenal food and beer. My husband and I tried the potato wedges, garlic wings and the garlic chicken pizza and it was all great. 10/10.. we are mad at ourselves that we just now discovered this place. I wish we lived closer!
As someone who has worked in the restaurant almost exclusively for the past 21 years, I can tell that this establishment prides itself on good quality food and good service. The place was on a wait (sometimes inconvenient but usually a good sign), we went to the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender, Chris was excellent. Once we were sat, our server Dailyn was professional, polite, pleasant, and prompt. We were especially needy from being tired and hungry from traveling. She made several extra trips to our table due to our neediness and maintained a pleasantness about her the entire time, despite being obviously to my trained eye busy. I wish I could dote on the kitchen staff by name because our food was excellent, but whoever was BOH on Thursday, February 27th prepared for us a delicious meal. The ambiance was rustic and cozy. I really could not recommend Peel more and can’t wait for my next opportunity to dine here.
Very very disappointed with Peel O'fallon again. I've been supporting them since before their grand opening back when I lived around the corner and even all through the pandemic.
Today I brought in over 40 people for a work luncheon. My reward for this...not being allowed to order from their lunch specials!?! There was mention about the kitchen keeping up too, but then I'm not sure why they were seating both the upstairs & downstairs with patrons.
Needless to say, I was the only one from our group who even knew of, or inquired, about the lunch specials. I was even so dissatisfied that I lost my appetite.
What I'd like to know is...how is this even acceptable when signs are posted all over the restaurant about the lunch specials [see photo]?
I won't even address the reoccurring website issues, or the happy-hour snafu's.
So are these real practices & policies by the owners? Or was I being tricked by the wait staff?
Lately Peel has the ambiance of O'fallon's own "Dick's Last Resort" and that's not a good thing with so many other options in town now!
Zero stars, if I could.
Their house-brewed beers are amazing, their guest taps are great, their food is superb, and the staff is very friendly and professional.
I’m running out of superlatives! I’m definitely coming back.
I went in on a Thursday 20 minutes before close and the bartender was so kind and helpful. I was only there for 30 minutes but everything I tried was very good but that altbier was on point!
Great service. Great food. ALTerior Motive, in my opinion is one of the top beers the offer. The wings were great, but I did wish they had more sauce/seasoning.
I was confused as to why this place only had 8 reviews… then I realized the pizza place attached has nearly 2600 gleaming reviews. As it should. The wings are incredible (maple bourbon black pepper glaze ftw) and the pizza slaps. However, the brewery deserves it kudos as well. I got the Truffle Shuffle, a golden stout, and my wife got the blood orange wheat. Both are something to write home about.Great place! Bring the whole fam.
We stumbled across this restaurant/brewery while we were in the area for a concert and were so happy we stopped in. The service was wonderful and the food was fantastic. They had so much stuff on the menu that sounded good and it really took some discussion to narrow it down. We ordered more food than we could possibly eat because everything sounded good. We had appetizers, pizzas, dessert, craft beer and left with a bunch of leftovers and a growler of their Octoberfest beer. We will be back and I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in town.
Really good pizza spot with a good beer selection as well. It always seems to be crowded but we were able to get a spot at the bar no problem.
Gem of a small brewery coupled with a first class wood fired kitchen turning out mouthwatering options from salads to sandwiches to perfectly cooked creative pizzas. Great staff and excellent location.

Outstanding!
Our waiter was absolutely amazing, he was also the bartender. The beer and food was so so good. Best wings I have ever had. Will definitely return.
Great pizza, great beer! Location is also very nice!
What a great stop on the way home. The place is huge with tons of seating. The building is a cool design and set up. The pizza was really good and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Anytime we hear the words, wood fired pizza, it’s always a calling sign for us to visit. The jalapeno sausage pizza offers the heat with the smokiness of the wood are a perfect combination. The wild mushroom pizza was also great with 3 types of mushrooms and a white truffle oil topping brings it all together. For the lighter side try the apple gorgonzola salad with it’s spiced pecans and maple cider vinaigrette. A very nice laid back atmosphere with the Maple Spiced Brown beer and the Perception IPA being the stand out beers the group. Kid friendly and its pizza & pasta most kids will be happy about that. $$
