Phenomenal food and beer. My husband and I tried the potato wedges, garlic wings and the garlic chicken pizza and it was all great. 10/10.. we are mad at ourselves that we just now discovered this place. I wish we lived closer!

As someone who has worked in the restaurant almost exclusively for the past 21 years, I can tell that this establishment prides itself on good quality food and good service.
The place was on a wait (sometimes inconvenient but usually a good sign), we went to the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender, Chris was excellent.
Once we were sat, our server Dailyn was professional, polite, pleasant, and prompt. We were especially needy from being tired and hungry from traveling. She made several extra trips to our table due to our neediness and maintained a pleasantness about her the entire time, despite being obviously to my trained eye busy.
I wish I could dote on the kitchen staff by name because our food was excellent, but whoever was BOH on Thursday, February 27th prepared for us a delicious meal.
The ambiance was rustic and cozy.
I really could not recommend Peel more and can’t wait for my next opportunity to dine here.

Best place for the BEST wood fired pizza!! The wings were the best wings I’ve ever had. I recommend mixing Fire and Garlic flavor of the wings and it’s to die for!! Also the pizza was the Hot honey and pepperoni and we added sausage.

I've eaten here several times and it's become a weekly must eat. Their wood fired wings are amazing!! I like the garlic but suspect all flavors are amazing.
Their ranch is the best I've ever had. Be sure to ask for it.
I love to start with a Peel flight to remind myself which of their beers I like the most and am in the mood for. Then I'll get a full size of my favorite.
I'll come here as long as I live here. I tried a dessert once and it was to die for.
Update: 4 January 2025 still amazing. Cherry beer and coffee stout are great additions.

Amazing!!! Food was outstanding! My husband and I had never been and we were craving wood fired pizza and found them on google and so glad we did. New favorite place! Next time we travel this way we will be back!! My husband told the waitress to surprise him with a beer flight and it didn’t disappoint all of them were excellent!!!! I had an apple moscow mule and it was amazing!! I will dream of all the food we tried!! Service was excellent. Atmosphere is beautiful!

We went out to Peel for my graduation celebration Saturday evening. They got my large party in quickly, the food was perfect, and the service was amazing. I didn't catch our server's name but she was wonderful, as was the manager on duty. Thank you for providing the perfect ending to my big day!

While I was visiting, my Son took me to PEEL for a Wood Fired Pizza and it was delicious! About 4 months later, we bought a home and permanently moved to O'Fallon Illinois. PEEL has become our go to place for a good meal, good atmosphere and great service! We see what others are served and ask our server what it is and come back and order that. The Cheesy Garlic Chibatta Bread is amazing! They have take out for the sauce and I bring home extra to fancy up some of my cooked meals. I can't say enough about the salads. They are delicious and filling! We love the micro brewery and all the different varieties you serve. We always take home a Crowler or a Growler from your brewery! We bring our Grandson's there also and they love it too!
Well, this used to be my favorite place. We would go on anniversary and birthdays etc. This year has been a steady decline in service. My birthday dinner late fall was lame. The 'waitress' was basically a snotty little wench. College age. Bored. Didn't want to be there. I was looking forward to one of the craft brews. I don't drink often and couldn't remember which one, and she couldn't be bothered to help me find it on the seasonal list. Stark difference to last year when the genx/milineal guy waited on us. Acted like a real waitor and went over the menu and made excellent suggestions. Yes, we tipped. We always do. C'mon guys hire some good people again. Pay them enough to stay. You certainly charge enough.

Great staff. Good food. My mom thought it was interesting to have tacos on the menu but she said they were amazing! Loved the dessert selection - enjoyed the apple crisp involving. my mom said the coffee was sooo good. Apparently got a new coffee machine.
