My pizzas were not correct. I called and talked to a female worker abt this...assume she may have been a manager. She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Remade the pizzas, and bread and cinnasticks. Had it delivered to my home (I had carryout), and refunded my money with a hand written note apologizing. Best customer service I have ever received anywhere! Kuddos

Ordered well over $100 in pizza and wings for the store to have me waiting for 4 hours just to get told by my 4th door dash driver that the order was cancelled... Not by my family that had been moving all day! We wanted our food. What an absolute joke!

Told to call the store(how do you think I ended up at the call center). Was yelled at by one of the call center people one time even. Don't bother ordering from pizza hut. Would have better luck getting something from Jabba the Hutt.

Save yourself time and money order literally anywhere else. Missed 1/3 of my order. Find out 1/3 of my order received was actually not correct at all. Call, get hung up on when explaining my order was wrong. What a joke. Minimum wage minimum effort I guess. This location has gone severely down hill.

Ofallon, Illinois, hwy 50. Ordered delivery, they forgot to deliver an item, and pizza was made incorrectly. The amount of money that I spent everything should have been checked and double checked, poor management and horrible employees. Every one is to blame except the driver. Never again will Pizza Hut be a choice, as this isn't the 1st time .

My only complaint is gloves. Please have the staff to wear gloves. People naturally touch everything so sanitation should be top priority, no one wants cross contamination.
Ordered pizza and wings for the boxing fights, everything was fresh. When I submitted order it charged me 3 times and they promptly fixed the issue for me and even offered a refund. Good customer service at this location and the food was fresh. Jennifer the manager was very helpful in fixing the mistake that was made. Will come back.

This is the worst Pizza Hut location I’ve ever been to. They have a new register they can’t operate. Gift cards don’t work here. I would suggest Peel’s or Dewey’s.
This is probably the best run Pizza Hut we have ever visited. The staff is always friendly and polite, the service is quick, and the place is immaculate. Kudos to the manager and her staff.
