While the pizza isn't the same as what I grew up with, the customer service is amazing. The store manager listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. They are so nice there.

Do not accept door dash orders to this store. Waited 44 minutes when she told me the order would be ready in five. Then the girl proceeded with lie after lie.
I love this store and Demi the Manager. She and her staff are amazing and help in any way they can. They are so polite and the store is so clean. Demi is by far the best manager I have seen there. I hope she is there to stay! We love Demi

Both pizzas were soggy & undercooked. Crust was soft & white did not have that toasted cooked look. It was obvious both pizzas were not cooked the full alotted time. Also I paid & tipped by credit card but your receipt stated their was no tip & to tip the driver. You charge a $4.68 delivery fee does the door dash driver get that or the tip I added? Are you scamming people into tipping twice?

It's just a takeout place not a whole lot to get excited about or do a whole lot of commenting on. But the food is pretty solid and the staff is pretty good

My pizza was over cooked, hardly had any cheese and sauce. If I had not been so tired I would have driven back and returned it. Very disappointed in something that used to taste good. I'll never go back there.

Genuinely terrible. The website might work, and if it does, you will get a frozen pizza delivered by a Doordash driver sometime after they deliver their other orders. It will then be cold and in no way similar to the Pizza Hut you remember. It will be extremely expensive for quality lower than Great Value at Walmart. Then the online feedback form will not work. And finally, after trying to explain several issues to customer support, you will receive an email that mischaracterizes everything you said and you will be offered nothing. 0/5
Placed an order six hours in advance because it’s the Super Bowl. I set pickup time for 5:30. I gave them an extra 20 minutes it’s 5:50 now. Guy inside tells me it won’t be ready for at least another hour. They should have staffed for this, and if we placed a timed order that far in advance they should be able to do better. Two of the people we ordered for are diabetics and have to eat by a certain time. To top it off everywhere else is packed too. The manager was actively trying to get people to cancel their orders. We have no choice but to wait as far as I can see. It’s crazy that they could promise a time after taking the order so far in advance and still be off by a minimum of an hour.

Ordered delivery on phone w/ excellent woman knowledgeable on specials. Would be 5s for her but the cooks & delivery kid get a 2 & big ZERO on delivery. Pizza left on COLD OUTSIDE concrete porch stoop full of salt & shoe dirt , rang bell then back to car so DON'T PREPAY tip on phone! Are we supposed to put that box on our table??? Cooks - thin & crispy means that -- not thin & doughy. Try checking oven - 3 pieces ok, but rest doughy.

Quick easy tracking pizza was delish!
