Website says open until 12:00am. Can not place order after 11:30 either on line or calling, delivery or pick-up. You guys brought me back for two quality times in a row. There's a reason a pizza place in a prime area has less than 4 stars. This is it. Management and ownership need to figure it out.

Good luck getting a manager to fix anything here. We order every Friday and now we're done. The order is never right and it's either over cooked or under cooked. This place used to be a good spot.

DELIVERY FOOD NEVER READY ON TIME.THIS PEOPLE IS VERY SLOW OR LAZY.EVERY TIME WHEN I COME TO PICK UP ORDER-NEVER READY.I RECIEVED DELIVERY ORDER LONG TIME AGO AND ORDER STILL NOT READY. THIS PLACE IS NOT BEASY,YOU CAN SEE. WHAT THEY ARE DOING HERE INSIDE ???? SOMEBODY MAYBE KNOWS WHY THEY SO SLOOOOOOW.

Involve yourself with this absolute clown show at your own risk. I urge you not to pay for carry out tell your correct order is setting in front of you. Placed order nearly an hour early for 6:30. After being there for 40 minutes after pick up time. One employee, who appeared to be aimlessly wondering from one area to another stopped to tell me they were “going to make it fresh” for me. Which seemed like an odd thing to say, since there would be no other way they could possibly produce my food that wasn’t ready. At 50 minutes after another employee, who one could imagine had possibly heard stories about how the inside of a Pizza Hut operated ,seeing as how he would occasionally cut up a couple of the pizzas that where stacking up at the end of the oven, told me that the olives had been left off my pizza and it was being remade. (I had a meat lovers and a pepperoni) 🤷‍♂️. I pointed out this hole in his logic which appeared to puzzle him greatly. At 1 hour after I told him if my order wasn’t ready I would need my card refunded so I could go. He basically ignored me as he got a few more pizzas off the pizza laiden oven end. Pizzas for who, no body knows. They weren’t for any of the half dozen or more people in the lobby with late orders. Including two drivers. One of which had been there nearly as long as I had. At an hour and 5 I got his attention again and made it clear the refund was nonnegotiable . This took nearly 10 minutes. (The receipt printer was out of paper) took some time to discover. The computer monitor was actually turned to me as if I might provide a clue as to what the problem might be. In the over an hour I was there I saw 3 maybe 4 pizzas actually leave the front of the store. And the first Lady to score they sent out without her breadsticks. Complete anarchy. Props to the one lady in the back that appeared to be diligently putting pizzas together one after another the whole time. But to what end? So home to a house full of hungry people and to start putting something together. Would have been a late dinner for us with an on time pick up. I seriously believe I could have stayed there another half hour, a whole hour and my odds of getting my order would not have markedly gone up. What happened to those other poor souls waiting is hard to say?

If you actually want food to eat don’t order from here. Ordered at 6pm for delivery with estimated delivery time of 7:15pm. Finally got someone to answer the phone at 8:45 to find out they canceled our order because they were “too busy”.

I would give you a zero, but that’s not possible, so I give you, a 1. Do NOT bother wasting your time at this location. We ordered for delivery and after over TWO HOURS of nothing, we went to the store only to run into our doordash driver, so then told us he was told by the employee that our order was “ already picked up.” We never received our food.

I love this store and Demi the Manager. She and her staff are amazing and help in any way they can. They are so polite and the store is so clean. Demi is by far the best manager I have seen there. I hope she is there to stay! We love Demi

Both pizzas were soggy & undercooked. Crust was soft & white did not have that toasted cooked look. It was obvious both pizzas were not cooked the full alotted time.
Also I paid & tipped by credit card but your receipt stated their was no tip & to tip the driver. You charge a $4.68 delivery fee does the door dash driver get that or the tip I added? Are you scamming people into tipping twice?
