This is probably the best run Pizza Hut we have ever visited. The staff is always friendly and polite, the service is quick, and the place is immaculate. Kudos to the manager and her staff.

Omg!!! The staff is wonderful, kind, and patient. One team by the name of Jennifer, every time I phone my order in, she knows me by name and then says, "Will your son be picking up your order. She knows his name as well. I recommend this store best service ever.
I ordered from here when they were open.. forty minutes later, they cancel my order. I don’t understand what’s so hard about doing your job when you’re getting paid to do it.

It was a cold snowy wintery night and we decided to order some Pizza Hut and I have to say, the store manager turned out to be a true gem. Short handed and running behind, she was delivering food to the hungry masses as quickly as she could. She was unnecessarily apologetic to us for running behind schedule. We appreciated her cheerful demeanor and were by no means put out. Our food was hot and tasty. She also returned later after realizing we had not received our dessert. I am very impressed with her customer service and she’s a solid 10 in our book. Thank you very much!

I was having problems using a coupon code in the app. The owner/manager walked me through how to submit my order, but I still messed it up and just went to the store, which was close by. She not only helped me place the order but she ended up giving me the rest of my order for free. I was shocked. So unexpected. I think she was doing it because I had so much trouble with my order, but the customer service was fantastic and THEN went even a step further. Every time I've talked to this manager on the phone, she's been super nice and professional. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Ordered carry out on the app, ordering was smooth & easy. Deals are good. Always quickly ready (under time estimated). Service is minimal since it's an in & out. No real atmosphere since there's no dine-in option.Parking: Only one way in the parking lot and the spots are difficult to get in & out of. Strip mall needs a 2nd entrance/exit to ease the congestion.
Very good service with delivery! Place an order and asked for delivery driver to text us so we could meet them in lobby and they complied. Very good food.
