I visit a lot of different scooters locations, and the only bad experience I ever have is at the O’Fallon location. I usually go there due to it being the closest to my home. After visiting this morning, it will be the LAST TIME I GO! They were extremely busy this morning, and I decided to wait in line. They were efficient in taking my order. There was someone outside taking orders outside to help with the flow of traffic which I appreciated. I didn’t wait long. She was nice and polite. When I got to the register, my order was wrong, and after I verbalized it, the staff told me “ That’s what we had down for you” and walked away from the window. She was very rude and unprofessional. I understand they were busy and it can get frustrating with several orders coming in at once, but that was no way to treat someone. This is the 4th bad experience I have had at this locations on different occasions. Other times, the staff have been rude, they get the order wrong even when you order on the app. I will drive to Fairview Heights or Starbucks before I come to this location.

The politeness of the servers is better than the food. The food quality is I consistent and today's order was horrible. These southwest omletet bites are undercooked and mushy. This peanut butter protein shake is nothing but ice with.no.flavor.

So I normally don't write reviews, but I am a regular at this Scooter's location. I was there this morning to grab an iced coffee and a burrito before I head to Missouri for work. When I first got there, the line was long and I was at the very beginning of the entrance. However, the workers did an amazing job despite how busy it was. I got my order in under 10 minutes. They were very efficient and I think they all deserve a raise! This place always had my business and they will continue to keep having my business!! (*^‿^*)
(The Pumpkin Caramelicious was also amazing!!!! I definitely understand the hype now! Haha)

Got told we couldn’t add whipped cream to a cup of milk? All other locations we go to happily add it but the girl working said corporate said no? Weird that it’s only this location that tells us we can’t add whipped cream to our own drink. Good thing this isn’t our local shop and we were just passing through.

I know I ordered a small but didn’t think it meant not getting a full drink. Also, as we were being handed our drinks the lady at the window was yelling at the people inside “No, we don’t sell those!” basically in my wife’s face then closed the window. Didn’t bother to follow up with a single word. No thanks, no have a nice day, no sorry for screaming in your face.

I ordered a drink there and when I got to the window it was not the drink I ordered. I was told I would have to pay for the correct drink. Say less. I will keep the wrong drink and I will not return. That was the worst Customer Service I have ever had.
We’ve visited several Scooter’s locations across St. Clair County, and the experience varies wildly from one to the next.
My usual go-to is a large iced caramel latte, but more often than not, it’s painfully watered down—so I end up requesting an extra shot just to salvage some coffee flavor. It’s frustrating having to pay more just to make the drink taste like actual coffee…
Even with the extra shot, the result is consistently weak. I’d say 8.5 out of 10 times, it comes out overly milky and lacking any real coffee punch. This time, I tried ordering it without ice to see if that was the culprit. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. What I got was a liquid that tasted like it was about 95% milk and 5% coffee.
We asked the barista about it, and her response was, “I’m not quite sure, I think our machine is just pushing more water than it needs to.” Then she just stared at us waiting for us to drive off..
When we asked if they could remake it, she hesitated and then offered another shot (of the same diluted coffee she had just admitted was problematic). We shrugged and accepted it—but what they handed us tasted and smelled like weak drip coffee, not even close to espresso.
It’s disappointing to see this franchise slipping into the same trap as certain other franchise coffee shops—prioritizing quantity over quality.

Girls at window very friendly. Drinks made fast. If you like thick or icier drinks, they don’t understand what that means, so explain what that means thoroughly. The “thick” one was more watery than the non thick ones.

Ordered 2 kids meals with muffins, both meals came without the actual food. No direct number to call for support.
