I stop by here at least 3 to 4 times a week and everything is always phenomenal! Service is fast and friendly and my iced lattes always taste great! Even when I have stopped by during the morning rush, I have never waited more than 5 to 10 minutes and there is no drop in quality regardless of how busy they are.

This is the second time visiting this location. My wife is lactose intolerant and they keep adding milk after I asked for oat milk they still put regular milk in I guess I will have to sue them to make them stop doing so because it's making her ill

There is always excellent service!! It always brightens my day when they tell me to “scoot around” after placing my order!
I recently ordered a medium nitro cold brew that had only been filled about half way due to a setting on the machine. When I came back around, the owner was able to have it filled to the proper level and explained where this sized should typically be filled to. I felt obligated to leave a review since I never have a bad experience and it always brightens my day when I come by!

The scooters in Ofallon, IL have gotten at least 3 of my orders wrong. Only one was caught before driving off. They trying to talk so fast and rush you along that they missing your complete order. I have to now ask for them to repeat the order every time.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened! I’ve always had an amazing experience each time. The one young lady who has black hair and is kinda short is always super nice. She is a sweetheart and is always so friendly! I wish I knew her name so I could tell you correctly.
