Terrible fried chicken livers appetizer...burned...sent it back...said they'd take it off the bill ...of course, they didn't...had to remind them. A little expensive...2 beers, cheese burger, fish sandwich, two sides...totaled about $37. Not bad service. Loud. Extensive whiskey menu...no prices on menu.

First time here with grandson attending McKendree. Im a huge BBQ fan and the ribs are the most tender and meaty I've ever had! Mac n Cheese was very good too. Service was top notch. Highly recommend!

It was busy with college football games on. But there is no reason not to get a server to our table. They seemed very good at not seeing us. I finally shouted at one over the crowd noise as she passed by. She didn't acknowledge me at the time, so we prepared to leave. But she did come back. She wasn't our server, but she got the server for us. We sat for at least 15 minutes before we were able to get someone. BTW, the women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting! I would guess it's been months since they mopped that floor .

First time I've been at this place and this will be my last. The server was rude and not very nice. Out of all the restaurants I've been to in the Metro East, this is the worst service I ever encounter. I will never come back at this place ever again.

I had an amazing time at Shooters Bar & Grill! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming — just the kind of spot you want to unwind in. Great food, cold drinks, and the place had that perfect mix of energy and comfort.
But what really made the night unforgettable was Taren, our server. She was absolutely phenomenal — friendly, fast, and on top of everything. She made us feel right at home and brought the kind of good vibes you can’t fake. Whether it was drink recommendations, checking in just at the right times, or cracking a few jokes that kept us laughing, Taren seriously went above and beyond.
If you're heading to Shooters, ask for Taren. She's the real MVP. Can’t wait to come back!

my boyfriend and i went out for our anniversary and sat at the bar at first. we had brent as our bartender and he couldn’t bother to say two words to us. anytime we asked for something he just looked at us and turned away. we closed our tab at the bar and had elisha serve us. she was absolutely amazing and a sweetheart. been to this restaurant a few times and never had a bad experience until brent. if it wasn’t for elisha we’d never come back
