Every single time we order online from the app it takes them 10+ minutes to answer on the drive thru. Then it takes them 15 minutes to make the order even though I ordered it 20 minutes ago. I rarely leave bad reviews but I absolutely had to after this happening 10+ times.

Nadia and ALL the staff rocks they are very professional and polite I shop there 3-4 times a week and they never fail to impress me. They were super busy today I mentioned that to her she replied “It’s nothing we can’t handle” that is to be commended her attitude simply a beautiful person inside and out she really needs her own franchise!

Did online order waited over 20 minutes for my smoothie. There were people coming in placing orders who received their orders before me, causing me to be late to my destination! They need more workers at this location, unacceptable!!

I gave 3 stars because the smoothies were great in the end. But the staff is terrible there are multiple workers and I was in line for almost 20 minutes and 15 of that was just me waiting for them to be ready to talk to me with only one car ahead of me already at the window. Tried to then tell me my drink I just recently bought at this location was discontinued because they seemed to not want to make it, and all together they just seemed to not want to be there at all and irritated people are even ordering. And I was polite the whole time with staff reguardless because maybe they’ve had a bad day? Literally only reason I stood it instead of leaving was because I’m pregnant and was craving this smoothie and plan to go to bed soon. But it’s not the first time having this experience at this location. Although their day staff seems to be a lot nicer the evening/night staff has never been a good experience for me. The one in Fairview is usually much more decent.

I’m all about customer service, today is 12/30/24 At 9am. The young lady that was there needs to get trained on customer service and when handing a customer an order, she needs to be properly trained on how to hand a customer a order and trained on communication.

They absolutely refuse to answer their phone. Try calling them and you'll get nothing. It's maddening. They owe my son a refund for a smoothie that we ended up picking up at another location. The other location told us all we had to do was contact them and they would gladly refund us since we chose to pick it up at their store. Well, that's been a week and God forbid anybody pick up the phone at the O'Fallon store. I spoke to the other store and they were supposed to be getting in touch with the district manager and I was promised a refund within a few days and that was well over a week ago. Yes it's only $13 but it was my son's birthday money and it should not be this difficult to get a human being on the phone or customer service. It's ridiculous. So basically we paid $26 for a mediocre smoothie. I'll never go here again
