My husband and I visited Sonic's Restaurant last night, in O'Fallon, IL , Oct 15, 2024. We ordered hotdogs. Once we got home and attempted to eat them, I realized they were either spoiled or rotten. I did not finished eating the hot dogs, The taste and smell was disgustingly horrible. I'm praying I dont get sick. I will Never visit that restaurant again. Never!!

Ordered via the app. Do not do that. I waited for half an hour after checking in. When I buzzed in asking what the problem is, the person acknowledged they had my order, and it would be awhile more. Ended up spending almost 45 minutes after submitting my order. Insanity. Also, during this process at no point did they apologize or acknowledge this is insane.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all, with the speed of their work it would be better to make your own food from scratch.

I really only ever go here if I'm in the mood for their footlong chili cheese coneys. Also their onion rings are probably one of my top favorites for fast food places next to DQ. They have lots of shake options as well but I haven't had any of those in a while

Was not extremely busy and a Route 44 drink and Sonic Blast took 35 minutes from the time I ordered it until I got it. Almost all the ice in my drink was melted by the time I got it! Not the first time I have had disappointing experience at this location, but will be my last time at this location!

I was at the O'Fallon location I arrived there at 6:30 pm I didn't get my food until 7:48 there is absolutely no reason I should have had to wait that long for my food I had to literally get out my car and knock on the glass and ask why am I still waiting for my order after being here over an hour it's ridiculous I promise you I will never go there again it was a whole bunch of kids standing around in there instead of fixing my order.

I used the mobile app which is a complete game changer. It’s very convenient! I did have to visit multiple stalls to find one that was operational. Many had the infamous blue screen of death as the computer seemed to be malfunctioning. I also had to wait about 10 minutes past the time the app said my food would be ready which was a bit frustrating as the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time of my visit. The food was hot and delicious as always. The drinks could use some work as the cups are usually sticky and/ or covered with liquid. I didn’t receive an adequate supply of napkins to clean the cups and have leftovers for my meal. I always keep baby wipes in my car for this reason. Pro tip.

Girl working the window tonight tried to send me on my way with only my drinks. She got upset when I told her I had food too. Sounds crazy doesn't it? It's true. Then I overheard her tell her coworker, another girl, I was cussing her out. Not one cuss word came out of my mouth. So the girl at the window was trying to instigate and incite her coworker into a situation. Poor service and attitudes can make or break a company. If you think I'm wrong look at the go woke go broke movement. There's proof... Associates like the girl tonight is a bad apple for any company to have on their team. I will never be back. Goodbye Sonic. Blast from the past.

2 young ladies. I’ve had orders many times from this location and 90% of the time multiple meals were in multiple bags. I was picking up an order which had 2 meals and 2 drinks. About 5 mins after arriving at the window the first lady handed me the drinks, then a couple mins later came back and said “that’s all”. I told her there were meals and not just drinks. After discussing about the situation, the window was closed and she called over the second lady, and I heard her tell the second lady I “cussed” her out as if she’s trying to antagonize anger with the second lady about me. I never said a single cuss word. When both ladies approached the window I told them I don’t think both meals would fit in one bag. They both laughed and called over a male co worker. Both of those ladies are very unprofessional and one tried sending me away with just drinks.

I showed up to pick up an order they said they’ll bring it out soon. 15 min later, no food. I asked how long will take, they said “it’ll come out when it’s ready”. No kidding. I know the food comes out when it’s ready. The food came out 2-3 min later. Was it so hard to see if order was almost ready? Or at least say “sorry, I’m not sure”?
