Out of order stalls. Touchscreen that do not function. 20 minute wait for 5 limeades. Drinks were watered down and lacking in flavor.

Yeah, NO. Ordered 2 drinks in the App and pulled up in designated spot. Waited 20 minutes. Pushed button and guy asked if he could help us. Said we ordered 2 drinks in the App and we were in the designated parking spot and no one ever came out. He didn't respond but a couple minutes later a younger lady came out with the drinks. Said nothing, just handed us the 2 drinks. It was clear they had been made up 20 minutes ago when ordered because the ice was melted. Service sucks and employees are rude. Definitely won't stop here again.

I will never go to this place again simply because The fact that the lady attitude was so nasty and rude. It made me break a tear and it also caused me to just drive away when I got to the window and she opened the window. It was still rude and not very helpful when it came to ask some questions over to me. I have plenty of jobs that is pertaining to service and the food, in the point of being a worker, you know or you are responsible for answering questions that pertain to the order that working at the restaurant you should be able to answer questions you don’t tell the customer I don’t know. I don’t know what you’re looking at what are you even talking about… , it’s OK. It’s OK. I just never go back and I’m leaving with you.

This is the WORST Sonic I've ever been to, EVER! I go through the drive thru on 4/28/25 at 7pm and proceed to wait over an hour to try the new double smash burger. When I finally make it to the window, my burger and corn dog are cold and waaay overcooked like they had been set out for hours and on the grill for hours prior to being served. Seems like a health violation. They were completely inedible. Also the ghetto lady gave me back incorrect change and got snotty with me after I called her out. It's like they literally steal their own tips here. I also observe a car hop proceed to just give a car their drinks and again because of the horrible service they literally just leave without their food! The unprofessional car hop proceeds to argue with them for 5 minutes about not giving them their food in any timely manner. If you want food that's been sitting out for hours, someone to talk to you like the latest Cardi B hit, and to pay extra for your food, come to the Sonic on highway 50

Waited over an hour for a mini milkshake and fries.. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH APP. They also do not offer refunds for waiting over an hour and a half for ur food. Got our things after waiting that long and the fries were ice cold please do better sonic!!!

Not a solid Sonic experience. It was already $50 for a family of four, and then they forgot to give us two of the three items in one of my kids’ meals and shorted us one of the kids meal toys. You gotta love it when something that’s intended to be a treat for the kids ends up making one of them cry.
when did sonig get so expensive? TWENTY DOLLARS for a bacon breakfast burrito, Cheese curds, and a sonic cheese burger.

Ordered through DoorDash which normally works out very well but this time not at all. I ordered the deluxe triple smasher. I asked for ONLY ketchup and mayo on it. I received a double with EVERYTHING on it. Even if I was a person that enjoyed pickles, onions and tomatoes there’s no way I’d be able to eat this. The structure of the sandwich alone is gross!

The drinks are usually pretty good, but gosh the food is so hit or miss. The other night I had a burger, it was so so so good. But the tots tasted spoiled and freezer burnt.
