Our cashier & barista was Brian & his customer service was seriously top-notch! He was personable & super friendly. He went above & beyond by educating us on the differences between their products (I’m not really a coffee drinker) & was patient with our questions. He made our night!
Also, there was another barista (with purple hair-didn’t get her name), but she was super friendly with the other customers as well. It seems like a really good team to work with!

Walked inside and ordered with the cashier, none of which could clearly enunciate or speak above a whisper level. The drive-through was nearly completely empty as well as the inside of the location yet it still took 10 minutes to get a very basic peppermint mocha. Probably won’t be back to this location

This is my local starbucks and I have been here hundreds of times and they do an amazing job!!! The barista I had today (I didn’t remember her name but brown hair, female, 20s) complimented me on my smile and said I make her day every day when I come through the drive through and I was having a rough day and it made my whole day so much better!!! The staff at this location consistently is so kind, helpful, and quick with service. I have been to a million starbucks locations and the Greenmount/I-64 location stands out due to the amazing staff who work here! My drinks always come out perfect, the wait time is always so short, and I always have such kind encounters with the baristas! Thank you so much! Just wanted to show some love & appreciation for your staff! They are incredible!!!! :)

Don’t like ordering a drink a certain way then having the employee argue with me why he didn’t make the drink that way. If I order something with light ice do me a solid make it with light ice. It’s 5am and I just payed almost 8 dollars for that coffee. Read the cup and make accordingly.
3 days in a row a different employee failed to make the same drink with light ice.
They were so busy and they still were amazing, cheerful and gave me the best peppermint white mocha from my entire trip across multiple states. Definitely the best Starbucks I’ve had.

The service was good and prompt. The only complaint was, I went to pull up a chair and luckily I hadn't sat down. The BACK FELL OFF. I'm not young. If I'd have sat down, I would have rolled backward like a falling log.
Friendly and kind staff!!

Wonderful, hardworking staff. This is a small cafe with high volume, and the employees are helpful, friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of visiting this cafe while a customer verbally harassed everyone nearby (including myself) and the manager skillfully deescalated a hostile situation with care. Thank you deeply for your leadership and providing us all with our little caffeine treats.

Clean. Service team seemed more interested in flirting and dancing and jamming out to music. But they seemed to be enjoying themselves. Food was ok. Drinks were a bit light. Need an adult supervising. Parking lot dodgy.

I waited so long for someone to greet me. They never did. I stood at the counter and everyone worked at looked around and never said anything. I patiently waited because I wanted to see if someone would say something. Another person walked in, so they had to take my order. I still did not get a greeting, only “Do you want to place an order?” Well, obviously I do. I’ve been waiting right there and ignored by all of you. YUCK, never coming back to this location. Lastly, when they passed me my hot drink, it was placed on the counter with the sleeve next to it instead of having the sleeve on the hot cup. VERY NASTY BEHAVIOR. Not my usual Starbucks experience. I get Starbucks everyday in my area and they are very kind people.

It's a shame that this use to be great to get coffee/drinks, treats the sit and chat hang out. Now you just feel like you're in the way, to many people, too busy. So busy Baristas can't keep up. Rushed. No one should have to work like that. Waiting in line (drive thru) is too long and Waiting inside even when you PRE order shouldn't even be necessary. (The Baristas try to be upbeat and pleasant...they are just too busy for a little store) frustrating when you work on a Saturday morning and you pre order and says it's ready in 8min. And then the door is closed so you have to wait in drive thru line to get your pre order and your NOW LATE TO WORK after Waiting 40min. For a much needed morning cup of coffee and breakfast to start your 12hr shift. 😒

Google says it is open until 9:00 PM. We went the other evening at 8:00 PM and the lights were off and doors were locked.
Based off the image I assumed they meant military but they mean the workers coming together. So they don’t have military discount 😭
The service here around 4-6 on Monday was not the best because one of the lady workers was obnoxious because she kept singing loudly for the whole time we were there ( 2 hours). I could hear her over my music.
The drinks were served at a reasonable rate.
The lady worker was also slightly rude to a non-rude customer. The customer asked a question and she immediately responded with “ I’m just the only one on bar right now so I said it’ll take a minute “ and he said “ I understand if you’re busy” and she said “ nope we’re not I’m just the only one on bar right now”. She also mentioned “ since im so perfect …” and “ I went out on Saturday night” it might’ve just been a joke but I think in a professional setting you should keep some things to yourself or at least speak quieter behind the bar. Maybe I don’t understand making small talk or keeping yourself occupied by talking about personal stuff. But I find it unprofessional to complain about irrelevant things that have nothing to do with work. There is a difference between being friendly and overstepping professional boundaries. The energy was off and it made me want to leave so I did. Her voice was projecting as if she was talking to me. She was speaking about her personal messages out loud. To me it’s a little ridiculous and I’ll try to avoid coming to this Starbucks for as long as possible. To top it off, no greeting upon entering. Obviously she was not being genuine but fake towards customers. I’d rather a toned down friendly attitude than an obnoxious passive aggressive exaggerative attitude. :/
