I stopped in Starbucks in O'Fallon for a latte and a pastry. As always, my latte and food were delicious. The baristas are very nice and very efficient. Nice atmosphere in which to relax while I enjoy my food and drink!

I understand being Saturday that it will be a bit busier, but this was ridiculous! The person taking our orders took forever and kept repeating it back to us incorrectly saying grande when we ordered venti. Then, we get up to the window and wait for 5 minutes before anyone came to us. They scanned my app and then 2 minutes later, asked if they had scanned it. Then they say they're having issues and to pull up. Five cars got their orders and passd us before someone came out with only one of our drinks and then asked do you have another one? My husband says yes and states what it was (was the caramel apple brown sugar drink from the hidden menu) and then maybe a few minutes later came back and asked if it was hot or cold. He literally said ICED. They finally come out with my drink, but it didn't have the sticker on the side saying what's in it and it DEFINITELY didn't have the pumps of the brown sugar apple in it, only the Carmel cold foam. From start to finish it took 35 minutes and all they said was, SORRY FOR THE WAIT. Once again, I understand being busy, but getting the order wrong, forgetting something after you just asked 2 minutes later, and then leaving you at the window for 5 minutes before they acknowledge you, is pretty extreme. I've always gone to this location and never had a problem, but today was the worst!

The staff use to be friendly now they have workers that are rude n bitter. I'm hearing them complain about the door dash orders well they are paying customers. It's always a long wait now and the service is so unpleasant.] The rudest being Mir that's what her name tag says.

I went to the drive-thru at 8:31 p.m. today to order an iced lavender oat milk matcha latte. However, I was informed that the blenders had already been put away for cleaning, even though I arrived 29 minutes before closing. I decided to order a pink drink instead.

When I reached the window, I asked the gentleman who the store manager was, but he didn’t seem to know. I wanted to report the issue with my drink not being made. He then brought over a woman, and when I asked her for the store manager's name, she provided one but seemed hesitant. It's unusual for someone not to remember their boss's name.

Additionally, there seemed to be a communication problem. She mentioned that she wouldn’t charge me for the lavender cold foam, but I was actually looking for an iced lavender oat milk matcha latte. It felt like the staff weren’t willing to get the blenders out to satisfy a customer, especially since they should have been accessible before closing time. I am not happy with my visit today

I love this Starbucks but please have the individual with green hair learn how to properly make a brown sugar shaken espresso with matcha sweet cream cold foam, because this is not it and this was made a second time and still made wrong. This is also the 2nd time this happens to me from the same individual but luckily last time another barista made it for me . I hope this is helpful and resolved !

The coffee and the pastries were wonderful. It was clean with a cozy vibe inside. If I had more time I would happily sit and stay awhile. I didn't really have any interaction with staff (I ordered ahead, my order was ready on the counter when I arrived) but they got my order correct and the other customers seemed happy with their service so, 4 stars on service!

ALL LOCATIONS MAKE GREAT COOFFEE.... But this location is on a YT video. Wow!! what a crazy customer. The 5 O's gave so many opportunities for the refund woman to roll out and Instead she decided to rack up a large coffee price. Poor children... Refund Lady needs A psychological evaluation.. ASAP.

PLEASE CLEAN OUT THE FOOD CABINET, I know the food in there is not for public consumption but IT STILL NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. There is gnats flying around everywhere and the glass is smudged Steve !!!

Y’all need to fire the entire staff. I’m watchin a police body cam of a woman being arrested. Looks like your “worker” instigated that situation with the piss poor service and bad attitude, then called the police when she should have just given that woman a refund. Based on the other reviews, your staff pokes at customers to get a reaction
