Great coffee and great food. Just be warned…very very slow service and I’ve been going to this location for years!!

Every time and I mean every single time I visit this location I regret it. On top of the extra long wait times, the drinks are sub par. They were watery and thrown in the cup with drink mix all around the outside of the cup. I had to ask for extra napkins to wipe the cup . Pumpkin bread was “warmed” but by the time I got it , it was cold. I’m not sure who’s making the drinks, my 8 year old niece could probably do a better job. I actually called corporate to have my drinks refunded because I threw them in the trash . And EVERYBODY know these drinks are not cheap . Save yourself the headache and visit another location.

45min wait on 4 drinks. 2 frappes & 2 refreshers. Saturday Nov 16th, around Noon. 4 of us went inside for drinks. There was 3 employees making drinks. There wasn't anyone else in line but there was a family of four at a table and two girls waiting at another table. The Drive-thru is busy as usual for this location. We ordered 2 refreshers & 2 frappes. After 22min of waiting, I went to the counter and asked for an update of our order. The lady's response was they're busy, she has been helping drive thru and was unable to help with the counter. We sat in Starbucks for 45min total waiting on our drinks. 1 frappe was watered down, lil to no ice chips, as if it had melted from sitting. Why didn't they serve them(set them on the counter as each drink was ready) or give me the drinks that were ready when I asked about our order?
I'm not happy with my experience at this location.
In my opinion, the drive-thru & lobby orders should be worked by when the order was placed. Drive thru does not take priority.

If you order in person be prepared for very slow service. This location is focused on pickup and drive through. On average it takes 20 minutes to get a drink after walking through the door. Also, today I noticed a swarm of fruit flies in the food case.

My favorite location is in Rockford IL. Staff always greet me when I enter and the atmosphere is more welcoming than other locations. My drink is always made to my preference in a timely and yummy manner. And sometimes a barista or two may be singing! Parking is plenty. Easy in, easy out.

The drink I wanted could not be made due to it being out of cold brew. So, I had to last minute pick something different. We waited forever for our drinks, and then mine tasted like water with a little Chai in it. Worst Chai tea latte I have ever had. Gave them 3 stars only because a few of the workers were really working hard.

The absolute worst Starbucks in the Metro East. Some of the slowest service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. You may as well make your own coffee at home to save you the frustration of coming to this establishment.

Drink was good but the lady at the drive thru today was rudeeee. I order an iced white mocha and an ice water every single day. 7.05$ everyday. She forgot to hand me my water after annoyingly handing me my coffee so I waited at the window till she was done with taking an order. I said “forgot the water” it was on the screen and literally under her on the counter and she says “that should be extra but you can go ahead and have it”…. Girl what lmaooo. I order a water with every coffee order I’ve ever got in every state and city and I’ve never been charged extra. The literal screen with my order shows 0.00$ for the water. Rude and made me feel weird for no reason. Slicked back bun. Darker complection. Probably 30. Didn’t get her name. 8:45am 8/13/24. Very rude and dark vibes.

This location needs to do better. Came today and my white mocha is literally espresso on ice. So bitter and taste nothing like white mocha.

our barista handed us a drink spilling all over the sides, we asked for different one since it was spilling, and several workers gave us nasty looks, and they just gave us back the same one just wiped it off a little which didn’t matter because it was still leaking. took forever to get our drink to begin with, and our other drink was over half whipped cream. just not a good starbucks in my opinion.

The manager here, Stephanie, is super awesome! Always so positive and welcoming! Truly an asset to this location! If a raise is an option or incentive for above and beyond customer care, then she truly deserves it!
