My favorite location is in Rockford IL. Staff always greet me when I enter and the atmosphere is more welcoming than other locations. My drink is always made to my preference in a timely and yummy manner. And sometimes a barista or two may be singing! Parking is plenty. Easy in, easy out.
The drink I wanted could not be made due to it being out of cold brew. So, I had to last minute pick something different. We waited forever for our drinks, and then mine tasted like water with a little Chai in it. Worst Chai tea latte I have ever had. Gave them 3 stars only because a few of the workers were really working hard.
Drink was good but the lady at the drive thru today was rudeeee. I order an iced white mocha and an ice water every single day. 7.05$ everyday. She forgot to hand me my water after annoyingly handing me my coffee so I waited at the window till she was done with taking an order. I said “forgot the water” it was on the screen and literally under her on the counter and she says “that should be extra but you can go ahead and have it”…. Girl what lmaooo. I order a water with...
