The chaos got my order wrong, my second attempt required that I go back towards the kitchen to get someone to pay attention since there was no one available to provide service. No waitresses to complain to, no one at the counter to talk to. Hamburger was definitely substandard for a steak and shake. Shakes pretty good still. Shut it down, and put it out of its misery.

Store states they're open till midnight. Arrived four minutes before midnight and they already had everything shut down. Registers off and they say they're gonna be open till midnight and they need to stay open till midnight and then Closing at 11 o'clock so that they can get out of their I would not recommend this place. That's so rude and lazy.

We waited 1 hour after we ordered at the kiosk for our food. 4 burgers and fries. Soda machine was not wanting to work and took at least 20 minutes to get someone’s attention to let them know it wasn’t functioning properly. We won’t come back.

Idk what the problem was with the girl that took our order at the window. She was not pleasant. She was seemingly nice when she started to take our order but when we ordered more than 2 meals she sounded VERY annoyed and got louder and rude with my husband. The man at the window that we gave payment to was very nice and informational. If it wasn’t for him- 0 stars.

This chain has made a lot of changes since last I was here. It's modern but less memorable. And what's with the having to scan your receipt for the fountain machine to work, 🙄😮💨. So much for free refills.
Kid-friendliness: The parking lot is treacherous for the little ones as the drive-through laps around the entrance of the building.

Placed an order online to pickup through drive thru on 9/22 at 5:15pm pickup. When I arrived at the drive thru, I was told I would have to come in. Due to injuries I was not able with crutches which is why I ordered online. It wasn't a small order, but a $50 order with a drink in which there was no way for me to carry it back to my vehicle. If I would have made it back home, I would have had help to carry it in. I asked for them to cancel the order and was told I would have to do it online. Nothing against the people at this location, but there was a reason i stopped going here for years and then finally decide to try it again... and sadly pure disappointment.. I am sending this to get a refund for my order I did not receive. Thanks

Literally the best Steak ‘n Shake I’ve been to. The staff was on point and so was the food. Usually the tiny fries suck but this place was on point. Shout out to the staff being super friendly too. Oh and the bathroom was clean!
