A milkshake lovers favorite! Had the steak dog, the most delicious skinny fries! Cooking in beef tallow brings back all the flavor! And the Biscotti shake which was thick, creamy and full of the delicious biscuits!
My guests had the garlic cheeseburger and the delicious aroma of garlic surrounded the table! So good the table got silent because we were all too busy eating.
Tim, the manager on duty, is not only a gentleman, he held the door open for us and invited us in with a smile! but by the way the food tasted and the temperatures were hot, you know he takes pride in what he serves. If you're in the neighborhood I recommend you stop by for a bite at this location.

I drove through after the place had closed, I knew they were closed. Pulled up to the drive thru cause I really had to use the restroom, real emergency situation, let the guy know that. He didn't let me come in.
Being a decent person is free and doesn't inconvenience anyone but people aren't interested in doing that anymore.

Open till midnight but I guess the workers didn’t want to work???? We showed up at 10:45 and all the workers were smoking cigarettes outside and said they weren’t taking any more orders. What a joke!

The place is Horrible!!!! The owner himself is the most unprofessional being I have ever encountered. I felt unsafe picking up my order. Absolutely horrendous
Steak 'n Shake became my daughter's favorite fast food while traveling last spring. We don't have them on west coast so Nnw we stop every road trip. Food was great and worth the stop for sure. Frisco melt is the best !

This is the best steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever been to. The service was fast. Everyone was kind. The place was clean and the burger was hot. They were also the best fries I’ve ever had at a steak ‘n Shake. That tallow is working wonders. Cheri delivered my food and bussed the table with a smile. I’ll be back!

Went to the drive thru was told that they were not taking drive thru orders only inside while there were customers right in front of me in line. Went in took a lot longer than usual and said something to mamager about it. Was very nonchalant about it. There was also customers taking orders in drive thru after I was in line right in front of me to see very disrespectful.

You can't beat DQ ice cream but the service at this place was terrible! We waited over 20 minutes to get our food and our fries were cold by then. We had to go to the counter 2 times to ask for our ice cream. It was close to 8 pm and there were several people there and all were waiting for their food. Maybe someone didn't show up to work? It seemed like they had plenty of staff bit the food just wasn't coming out of the kitchen very fast. Hopefully it was a one time event...
