Almost $10 for a what now? I'll tell you, a stomach ache. After I got home to eat this questionable sandwich, I took 3 bites and threw it away. I've never had such a sad looking and tasting sandwich from Subway. I highly recommend going to another location or make yourself a fresher (and better tasting) sandwich at home.

Customer service: I've been going there twice a week for over a month and a half and on my last visit I used a coupon and they treated me like I was trying to take advantage of them. I felt mistreated.

Would have been an okay experience (it's Subway, not a Michelin star restaurant), except for the very rude woman at the cash register (who seemed to be the franchise owner) who harassed me for coming into the store to refill my cup before I left. She physically stopped me and asked me why I was coming into the store "three or four times". Even if I had been coming into the restaurant "three or four times" (and I hadn't done so), a.) who cares? And b.) you should not be touching customers without their consent.

I would give zero stars if I could, that's only right I wasn't able to actually order any food. I go in there around 1:15 in the afternoon. There are two people behind the counter. I ordered a Subway club extra meat. The guy looks at me like he doesn't speak any English whatsoever and says American club. I said no Subway club extra meat. Originally I tried to say deluxe, but I could tell that this guy was just not good at his job and tried to make it very easy for him. He then proceeds to put only turkey and ham on my sandwich, but a little extra turkey and then asks what cheese I want. I tell him he's forgotten the roast beef. He grins like a moron. I look over at the other coworker, asked if she can help him she grins too. I'm all for hiring immigrants, but you need to at least speak enough English so that people can place their order. This guy was either messing with me or he just didn't understand anything I said, and I spoke very plainly. The infuriating part is the other person also didn't know what went on the subway club a.k.a. subways most popular sandwich nor did they seem to understand me when I tried to tell them. Finally, I told him forget it and just walked out. I rarely say this but, they need to start firing people at this location. If you go in there at the wrong time, you will not be able to order food because these people do not understand what goes on what sandwich, and they don't seem to speak enough English for you to explain it to them. .YOU CANNOT WORK AT SUBWAY IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT ROAST BEEF IS!!!
