Inconsistent . For instance today I ordered same sandwich as last time. Last visit my sandwich was prepared as requested and was delish. Today my sandwich was not toasted and there was no provolone on it . Therefore , even though my sandwich was good - it did fall short of my expectation.
Smaller than many Subway shops, but service is excellent. Orders are prepared expertly and quickly.
This Subway gives you a better looking sandwich with more generous portions than other Subway shops, and always does it quickly.

I would not recommend going here. The park attracts angry drunks. I saw a crazy Karen yelling at the workers and customers about her 10 sandwiches . There are plenty of other subways in the area

All of the workers there are so rude, not friendly at all. I have been there several times and each time they've been not friendly and act as if you are bothering them in there ordering your food. This will be my last visit to this Subway. I'd rather drive the extra mile to a different store

The rotisserie chicken tasted off! Not good and they hardly put any chicken on it. I also asked for a side cup of ranch and it wasn’t even a quarter of the full. I had to throw away my food for being scared of getting sick.

This is my first poor experience at this location on the evening of 9/16. First my mobile order was marked as ready, but it was still being made on the counter when I arrived and they continued to make orders for other customers. It was a long wait (with a child) for everything to be ready. Then when we went to eat our sandwiches I noticed how there was barely any meat on the Ultimate BMT sandwich... I've never seen it that thin before. Be prepared for long waits and little protein for the price. Although the employees were pleasant, I will be avoiding this location in the future if this is how it continues to operate.

Horrible management. This location won't honor subway national coupons that are not expired. Constantly skimping on meats and vegetables. Poor customer service.

I ordered a #4 Supreme Meats 12" Sub with Flatbread, Pepper Jack, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Black Olives, Banana Peppers, More Baja Chipotle, Less Roasted Garlic Aioli, Black Pepper, Salt, SubKrunch™, Parmesan Cheese. When I got home I found that the sandwich had provolone cheese not pepper jack; had jalapenos; and was missing the capicola, baja chipotle and SubKrunck.
I returned to the store to have the order corrected and was told that they do not carry the capicola and that it was not a menu item at their store and that they could not make sandwich for me. I asked why I wasn't informed that they couldn't make the sandwich and that is was missing the capicola the first time I was at the store and they didn't have an answer. It seems odd that the order was able to be placed for the sandwich if that location does not carry it. I am aggravated that it wasn't pointed out when I picked up the order in the first place. It could saved me the cost of fuel and my time to return all the way back to the store.
I asked for a refund for the order and was informed that, since I had placed the order online, I would have to request a refund online.

The portions have literally been cut into a fourth of what they were two years ago but they charge even more now. Just got a spicy Italian foot long with 5 pieces of salami and pep.

Got lunch here today and wondered why the sunchips tasted weird, checked the bag and they expired in 2021..... 3 years ago. Yuck.

Just ordered a sandwich online... put that I wanted Spinach and then put a note saying I was allergic to Lettuce so please change gloves.... received my sandwich with Spinach and a ton of lettuce.... can't you read?
