It's 2pm, very empty lobby and there was only 1 clean table. Trash on several tables and food crumbs and grease on all tables but 1. The food was barely warm. This place has gone down hill!!!!

It’s taco bell, right? I come here often after work, but tonight there was a huge bug in my taco. I called and talked with a manager to let them know and they told me they are aware and have an exterminator coming later this week. If bugs are an issue, this place should be temporarily close. That’s disgusting. They should be shut down permanently for their lack of integrity and food safe practices.

Absolutely the worst managed Taco Bell in the area. They were out of almost everything, no chicken, no steak, no hot sauce and a dozen other items. This is a regular thing. The owner should fire the managers and hire and train some young capable people with salaries to make them stay.

Ordered from the app. They got the order wrong. Also, items were sloppily put together. Worst Taco Bell. Wasn’t even busy. Only redeeming quality was clean bathroom.
They never have enough employees for drive through, not cooked properly food, management need pay attention this location , bad service for franchise !!!it’s take 30 min in drive through for each customer

priscilla was fine but i think his name was joshua or whoever was the man on shift at 5 something pm , he was extremely unprofessional he screamed in the mic “make up your damn mind you’re holding up the damn line” , if you’re gonna get mad everytime someone comes in the drive thru maybe you don’t need to be working at taco bell & get a real job. they need real management in this store

Ordered #6 steak chalupa meal, more like a salad taco, hardly any meat on anything. Also had to fix the soda machine ourselves to get something to drink…..used to be a good Taco Bell, won’t be back
