cashier Aaliya has been working the last few times we’ve gone and she’s been amazing. she’s so cheery in the drive through speaker and the same way when you get to the window. this location has been lackluster the past few months but Aaliya has made our past couple experiences great! she’s so sweet!

Went here for my lunch break, ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce, they gave me so much red sauce it was practically a sloppy joe and it fell apart all over my work shirt and car this was by far the laziest worst burrito I've had.

The lobby was freezing cold and the food was lazily made; my quesadilla was completely uncut and sour cream was on half of my taco but not the other, but I guess you cant expect much more than that these days from fast food.
I went to pick up an online order to walk in and over hear the rude drive through worker talking about my order. She replaced my two items that they were out of w something else, handed me the bag and said nothing about it. I came back in and she thought it was funny that she did not tell me. I asked her how to get my refund and she was annoyed she even had to help me. I told her she was really rude and she had the nerve to call me rude right back for asking for better customer service. Just be honest with me when you handed me the bag. I would have much more respect for you. Don’t have an attitude and talk shit about my order so loudly. This place had the worst customer service today and I will not be returning. It has gone down hill badly.

It's 2pm, very empty lobby and there was only 1 clean table. Trash on several tables and food crumbs and grease on all tables but 1. The food was barely warm. This place has gone down hill!!!!

It’s taco bell, right? I come here often after work, but tonight there was a huge bug in my taco. I called and talked with a manager to let them know and they told me they are aware and have an exterminator coming later this week. If bugs are an issue, this place should be temporarily close. That’s disgusting. They should be shut down permanently for their lack of integrity and food safe practices.
