i’ve ordered 3-4 times in the last 3 weeks and every time, i’ve ordered a LARGE frozen baja blast, paid for it, and received a medium or small, and my brother orders a medium strawberry baja blast and receives a small or nothing at all. if you want a large, save your money and order a medium because that’s all you’re going to get. we’ve reported it in the app and nothing has been fixed. it’s been weeks and the same issue. at first we figured they were out of the large cups but they just size down every drink.

What a difference a few months make. This new Taco Bell opened with a bang, but now has slipped back to the other locations in terms of quality of the food and (lack of) friendly staff. W just left and the food was so cold, the shredded cheese wasn't even melted on the Spicy Chicken MELT! We were forced to go home and reheat the food that we spent nearly twenty dollars for! And also, not that it's an entitlement, but suddenly, last week your store stopped with military and senior citizen discounts. We often choose restaurants based on honoring veterans. Tonight, due to low quality food and the other factors, we will no longer visit your location.
If I could rate them a zero oh I 10000% would! Went to DoorDash there and they refused to give us our order and we’re talking all kind of mess in the intercom cussing and everything absolutely terrible will never in my life come to this Taco Bell again!!!!

I came to the store to pickup and order, when I got there, there was someone in line. My order was marked as ready, so I went around to the drive through window. The first thing that was said to me is "we have a line, we ain't skipping no lines". At every other establishment that I've been to pickup orders are come to the window and go. If it was different here that could have been communicated differently. I told her that I'm here for a pickup and she tried to shut me down every way possible, while being as rude as possible. So maybe 10 to 15 minutes later I'm back at the window, mind you my food was marked done 10 minutes prior to my arrival. So that's roughly 20 to 25 minutes of it just sitting. When the worker opened the window she continued being rude "now how am I supposed to help you if you don't tell me your name". Not once did she ask me for my name she just chose to start the 2nd conversation in this manner. Even with my attempts to deescalate the situation she continued to try and harass me. She tossed the food onto the register counter and I asked why throw the food because you're mad at me. She said I didn't, I tossed it but I can throw it if that's what you want. Ending the story this place, or rather, the set of employees that I encountered were beyond subpar, if you have a different method for pickups just say that, if I'm trying to end the argument let it go. I just wanted the stuff I paid for so that I could leave. There was no need for the extra.

This is the most poorly run Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It is incredibly slow and the employees are rude. I will make a point to never go here again.
Update 10/31: This location has been pretty good lately. The inside is quite dirty though, especially the soda fountain.
