I come here regularly and have never had any problems, but the other day I ordered food and ice cream, left a generous tip, and was waiting for my order. When a man called something out, I wasn’t sure if it was mine, so I went to the window to check. Instead of just clarifying, he gave me an unnecessarily rude attitude. I found it very disrespectful and uncalled for. I enjoy the food, but after that experience, I will no longer be coming to this establishment.

Brought my family for ice cream and snacks. My veggie sub had mayo on it which I don't like(wasn't on the list of ingredients on the menu)...they were wonderful and offered to remake it or give me a refund!! Have been here before and will definitely return! (Pretzels are AMAZING!)

Service was fast and attentive, the atmosphere was very relaxed, just like others say! Our kids loved it and I had to really do some convincing to get our youngest to leave! A wide variety of options and a community favorite!
First time at TC’s Treats was last year. Had water ice and a cheesesteak. I’ve lived in Philly, and the water ice and cheesesteak was legit and delicious. Came back for a cheesesteak the other week and was definitely not what I had before. I don’t know what meat they used, but it definitely wasn’t steak. It was a mystery gyro-type meat. Won’t order a cheesesteak again, but will definitely be back for water ice.
