First time we tried this ice cream/food spot and it was delicious!! We didnt know that they served actual food there as well so we're going to try that next time. We came here for the ice cream after going out to eat and it was wonderful! Service was fast and friendly. Ice cream was soft and as an added bonus, they have WAFFLE BOWLS 🤤🤤 We will be coming back again soon! 10/10 recommend

Great option as a sweet treat! We got the TC’s Dream (combo of ice + ice cream) in flavors mango & vanilla dream and pina colada & pistachio. Both have a pretty artificial taste but I liked how the mango ice had bits of mango in it 🥭. The pistachio ice cream also had bits of pistachio inside. They also have heated indoor seating with nice decorations perfect for wintertime!

Very rude staff. No friendly, warm smiles at all. Was our 1st time here, and had a horrible experience. Again, our 1st time here so walked inside to order, and was told we needed to walk back outside and order at outside window. Today was very windy and cold so we all looked very confused, and started to leave but said we'd give it try and brush it off...but then walked out to window and staff was still rude & just not very kind at all. Super horrible customer service skills. The last time I checked, it's still FREE to smile and be pleasant. Food was mediocre, but lobby was clean & Italian ice was super yummy! Besides the nice lobby appearance and yummy Italian ice, this was a totally horrible visit! This staff's attitude is going to cause a lot of negative feedback for this place if this issue isn't addressed and corrected with some training & appropriate recourse.

I just left TC treats and got their delicious banana pudding ice cream to go. I wonder what "water ice" was, and I ask but decided against getting any. Suddenly, a young man was at my car window with a sample and it was amazing! I left with some "water ice", too. I Love this place and anyone who comes across it will love it too! My husband said he appreciated the oustanding customer service and I did too. The 2 young people working were so kind and that makes us want to return again and again. Thank you!
