Best Mexican food I have ever had. Margaritas are even better
The best place for margaritas and food in the entire country. Me and my girlfriend are frequent regulars and have nothing but great things to say about their staff. The food is always great and the drinks are even better! Shoutout Tio’s!
Tacos alambres were excellent, beer was ice cold. Would visit again if in the area.

Everything was amazing, the food was great and filled me up. The margaritas are to die for. Try them and they will speak for themselves. The service was 10/10, if you go here and if u can choose who to go to, go to the server named chuy. He gives you amazing service, he’s very nice and friendly and does what needs to be done. Overall all staff is great, so is the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to go with friends, this is the place.

I got my food to go, but it was subpar . The birria was watery and the taco was unseasoned. The only good food was chips and dip.

Finally, not your typical cookie cutter mex restaurant. Menu items are different from your typical Midwest mexican restaurant. I had the ribeye street tacos. The steak was so thick it was cooked medium rare, nice touch. Served in a unique lightly sweet but very spicy sauce with sauté onions and peppers. These had to be the most unique and delicious street tacos I have ever tasted. To compliment the tacos, I had the El Jefe margarita. No rot gut overly sweet mixer in this delicious drink. This restaurant has taken mexican cuisine to the next level. This restaurant serves dishes that are bold with spicy flavors, colorful presentation, and they use fresh ingredients such as avocado, tomatoes, chilies, and corn. Glad to see a mexican restuarant, in this area, think outside the box.

We used Tio’s today to cater food in for a client event. The food was outstanding. It was freshly prepared and ready at the time needed. Our clients had several helpings and all loved it. We will use them again for our next even we host.
Great little location close to SAFB. Food is pretty great. Salsa is pretty mediocre but the quality of everything else is great.
The only complaint I had was that there are a good number of Knats and Flies lingering around and you had to smack them to keep them off your food.

The food was excellent and very flavorful! The salsa was really good too and had the perfect amount of spiciness. The atmosphere was nice and they even had outdoor seating. The service could have been a little better, but to be fair we came at around 9:30 and they closed at 10. So they were trying to clean up for the night. The frozen margaritas were really good as well. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, because this was the first mexican restaurant(and I have been to alot!)where they charged for the chips and salsa and also charged for refills on chips and salsa! It was also the first place we have been where the beer cost more than the margaritas! We've never paid $11 for a glass of draft beer in our lives!
