I came to this Wingstop and ordered 10 pieces combo and large corn ! Remind u I stay 40 minutes away! They gave me all drumlettes! Tried calling no answer ! I go back up there because my order was over $20! The owner was rude and didn’t want to make it right saying if you don’t request you could possibly get all drumlettes which is first I have heard ! I was always told u get half and half unless u request ! He got the nerve to count the wings which was 8 because I didn’t put the one I bit off back in and say I can give u 4 drum and 4 flats in rude way which was greasiest chicken I ever taste ! Never again ! Poor service! They should have replaced my whole order because now my fries ,corn cold and mistake on there end also I a get cup with a hole in bottom that spilled all over my car ! Poor poor service ! Management need to be trained how to be polite and acknowledge the customer right! Who trying to get free chicken when spending over $20! Fire the whole evening crew even the light skin black rude manager ! They dumped whole box salt on the wings as my replacement! Never will I eat there again

Idk why everyone is giving low ratings. I go into this knowing the wait is horrendous, so I order accordingly. Most people aren’t eating in. My food has never once been made poorly, and it’s always right.

If I could rate this location 0 stars I would! Customer service is horrible and the wait time is insane. I put in a take out order this morning and received a call an hour before that their place will be closed until 4pm. I wanted 40 minutes. The door was locked and I seen employers walking around drinking out of the fountain and not having care in the world after me and many others just paid online! Many people left because of how slow these employees here are

This place is a mess. I waited 30 minutes for my food while my husband's order sat there getting cold. People who came in and placed their order after mine was supposed to be ready for pickup got theirs first. Some of the crew were messing around smacking each other in the head. Badly run from the top down

I went today to grab a bite at 4:00. No one in line. I counted seven people all ignoring my existence. One guy asked me “what I wanted”. I told him to place an order and he literally walked away. He went further into the prep area. No one cared I was there or communicated to me they were going to take my order. So I just left. Lol

The big heavy set woman was incredibly rude. Cussing at employees in front of my kid. It took over a hour and our order was still wrong. August 18 evening crew needs to be fired.

I've tried the benefit of the doubt. If you order from this place, expect between a 1 hour - 3 hour delivery/pickup. The store has always been messy, disorganized, and not properly maintained. Seek elsewhere.

They’ll claim to not see your order.
Which then will turn into an extended made up wait time.
Service trash.

Just a bad representation to the Wingstop brand.

Couldn’t tell you about the food, never received it.
As the cashier pulled out a stack of receipts in my face telling me “look. I’m busy! It’s gone be a wait!”
After I already waited an hour.

THE FRACKEY MENAGERIE

Nowhere for guests to throw there trash, employees refuse to answer the phones, no guest interaction to give food eta, employees look miserable, no gloves on kitchen workers, no hats. You guys are gonna end up like the steakhouse in fairview. Is this a franchisee location??? If so the owners need to step in. DO BETTER! Good food but super poor execution.
