Don’t waste your time ordering online for carry out. You’ll get your food faster if you just order at the counter. If you make an online order, they won’t even start preparing it until AFTER you arrive. I arrived 5 minutes AFTER the latest time the app said my order would be ready and still had to wait an additional 40 minutes because they hadn’t started on my order. I’ve come to this location twice now and this has happened both times. This is the worst Wingstop location I’ve been to. On top of that, customer service is terrible. Will not be back.

Slow,incompetent,rude. There’s an horrible older woman that’s always at the counter who’s super unpleasant and seems like she hates the job and the customers. T ice I’ve come in an asked for an order and she’s said it wasn’t ready only to find out it had been sitting with the other orders on the shelf for almost 30 minutes! When I said something about it she rolled her eyes and walked away. I just started going to BWW so I don’t have to deal with her horrible attitude. She acts like she hates the customers and I can assure we feel the same way!

The wait time is insane. Waited nearly 40 minutes for my order when I was told it would be done in 20 minutes. This is a remake of my order for having it wrong the day before. The managers attitude was very bothered vibes. The chicken was not fried hard like I asked, very greasy and just cooked. No sauce or seasoning on it like I ordered. Not enough workers. Never answers the phone.

I have experienced the worse customer service ever from this establishment. The management team is terrible. June 5th I ordered two large fries and a cup of ranch as a separate order from 40 wings that I also ordered. The fries were rock hard! Literally had to throw them out because they weren’t edible. Two large fries and a cup of ranch was $27. I called the store to inform them and was told I’d receive a refund in a couple days. Today is now June 25th, I have yet to receive my refund after calling almost every day to speak with a manager. Countless times I have been told I’d receive it or that they are relaying the message to another manager. Nothing has been done. They don’t return calls at all. I’d never spend another $1 with this place. Unprofessional !!

I have no idea how this place is still functioning with a 2.6 review on google. I placed an order for pick up last night at 11:53 even though I was already outside and they said they didn’t want to make it. Which is fine. They should’ve canceled the order and given me a refund, but instead the charge went through completely and I’ve been calling since they opened at 10:30 till now to talk to a manager about getting a refund and no one’s answered the phone or called back for 2 whole hours. I know their phone works but no ones answering and I’ve called 30 times. Now if I go up there upset I’d be wrong. It’s $60 they took from me and aren’t trying to give back. Terrible restaurant. If you want Wing stop go to any other one but this one

Nice place, wings were good but slightly chewy, sauces were great and spicy ones were best!!! More flat parts of the wings were missing. Overall nice place, nice workers, nice location!!! T-Mobile had a fantastic BOGO DEAL going on!!!

My first time trying this place and had to ask the cashier what’s good and she was so helpful into making our decision. The wings she suggested were good. A little over cooked but it was good. I will be going back to try the rest of the menu.

They are a bit slow with getting orders out , but that’s expected with chicken and not too much of a big deal for me since it’s always fresh and hot! Alll the workers are extremely nice ! We eat here all the time and have never had an issue with staff or cold food .

Not a great first impression, slow service, order was incorrect. Ordered chicken sandwich, it was either invisible or not in the bag, ordered 10 boneless wings with garlic Parmesan, received 10 tiny wings with BBQ sauce. Doubtful they we will ever stop there again.
