Had donuts as part of the desserts for our daughter's wedding reception. It was a big hit! They were very fresh, delicious and were gone fast! Also love the apple pie and the iced sugar cookies!

Food was delicious but the girl taking our order (glasses, short/mullet hair, chubby) was extremely rude and not welcoming at all, very disappointing that they hire such terrible staff.

Woods Bakery would be able to improve if they had customer service people who actually spoke to everyone who enters their store location. I walked in this morning and this old lady who was working looked at me and quickly looked away but saw people behind me and immediately said hello. I find it quite offensive and I would like an apology because it's rude and disrespectful. Hopefully we can discuss further in length outside of here but for now this my review because that person must have something against African Americans or black men idk.. but its rude, uncalled for and wont be tolerated or I can take my business elsewhere.

First time here. Used to live in South County and went to the Donut Stop but your donuts were fantastic. The best I've had! The French donuts (my favorite) melted in my mouth. Long Johns and jelly were five stars. I will return.

I enjoyed a fantastic brunch at Wood Bakery last week, which included a variety of puff pastries. Fresh, flaky, and just the right amount of sweet were the apple and cherry tarts, haystacks, cream horns, and strudels. Every taste was amazing! A wonderful place for delicious pastries and a comfortable morning!
The glazed donuts were at least a day old and cold at 6:30am. Sell them as day old at a discount. Don’t trick us!

We have been going to Wood's as long as I can remember, and they have some of the best donuts and pastries around! The simplest glazed donut is awesome, as well as the filled long johns, cheese and apricot danishes and the jelly filled donuts too! Peanut squares have been a family favorite and gooey butter coffee cake is yummy, especially if you can find one without nuts, add extra powdered sugar! Their large cookies are a fun treat for adults and kids. They have a rotation on the types of donuts they make, so if you're craving something in particular, you may want to call and verify they have it or when they will. A friend had the blueberry filled donut and rated it as the best donut she's ever had in her life, so I think that alone speaks volumes!
There is no indoor dining, but you can grab a refrigerated drink and be on your way quickly. Convenient parking right in front of the bakery, in downtown O'Fallon.
Parking: Parking is available right in front of the building, so it's quick to hop in and out with your goodies.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and entry, however the door is manual open/close, so may need help with that, however folks are pretty friendly and usually grab the door for one another.
