Stopped here on our way to STL. Stood at register for 10 minutes before being waited on, 3 employees made eye contact with us but no one even acknowledged us. Finally someone took our order and we waited another almost 20 minutes for our food. Mind you, there were only a total of 5 other people in the restaurant during the entire time we were here.

We showed up at 6:00 am, to get something before going to St Louis for chemo. Waited till 6:10 am, my husband went in gas station beside bk to ask what time they open, said they open at 5:30am, if course the doors were locked, no sign on door of times the open. Wasted our time. On line says 6:00. Not happy wasted our time.

When I came to town they warned me... DON'T eat at BK unless you want to visit the ER. The saying is that "BK caters to those on the interstate... when you eat there you keep going." Well, that is not wrong. I am a sucker for BK onion rings and a good Whopper. What I got was grease on a bun, with cold onion rings.. and about 2 hours later gas and diarrhea. I should have known something was going to go wrong when they took 10 minutes to take my order, the window person was "out there," and the food was delayed. I don't usually give terrible reviews... I try to find the good in places.... but man, this one had me down and out for a number of hours and coupled with the reputation, I had to say something. Will I go back? I am ashamed to say the answer is probably yes. I give second and third chances, and for fast food I really like what most BK's offer. And hey, it's not like there is a lot to chose from around here!

Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was hot and prepared to order. All items we ordered were provided. Service was a little slow. Staff were preparing meal orders one at a time - which increased wait time. Only three Staff on duty. Only three orders at time of our visit. They were not busy.
Whoever prep the meal sucks at their job lol. My whopper was smashed and the ingredients was everywhere do better and the frys was soggy

Should have left without our food— fries and onion rings were soggy and cold (it was only 2pm on a Tuesday), but the worst was the worker! She clearly had not bathed in a week or more, you could see dirt film on her face, neck and arms; her shirt was sloppy and was inside out; and she bagged the food without gloves, including touching the fries and onion ring containers. She should have been sent home- the other workers were clean and it was not busy.
