Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was hot and prepared to order. All items we ordered were provided. Service was a little slow. Staff were preparing meal orders one at a time - which increased wait time. Only three Staff on duty. Only three orders at time of our visit. They were not busy.
Burger King is one of my daughter’s favorite restaurants, so when we were in town visiting friends of course we had to stop to eat here! Everything was hot and fresh and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely will stop in again next time we are in town.
I had such a good experience when I stopped in with my family the other day! My little one has sensory issues, doesn’t do well with red foods, and his burger had ketchup. The GM Stephanie was in that day and she was so gentle and patient with my son. She had his burger remade and even managed to help him calm down. She went above and beyond! Will definitely recommend this BK to friends and family!
