Very loud music playing old rock. Not bad if thats what your looking for. Service was very slow and didn't really communicate. Nice and cool inside, so if you're looking to cool off this is the place.

I got the burger and pretzels for $5. The burger was good and so were the pretzels! The wait was only about 5 minutes.

Horrible experience. Their drive-through speaker must be broken because they could not hear me very well. Then they gave me the wrong type of burger. And when I got the burger, the beef patties were not even warm to the touch.

Absolutely terrible since new ownership. Service and quality of food has gone downhill fast. Don't waste your time. Go to the next exit for something else or you are just wasting your money for junk. I won't be back.

4 Man working and not one can clean this place up. Buy a mop, bucket, Mr. Clean and learn how to clean.. Owner should be ashamed. Bathroom was disgusting and it makes me wonder if anyone ever cleans the rest of the kitchen/buiseness. Last time I will ever visit this place. Deserves zero stars! Where is the town safety inspector? And.. 5 months later from previous reviews not only have they not cleaned the bathroom but the door hasn't been fixed.. Disgusting!

I went to dairy queen and ordered my food. The girl at the register gave my food to a man who then took it to his table and opened it. he brought it back up opened and said it wasn't his. she then found his food and grabbed the opened box that the man had taken to his table out of sight and handed to me saying, sorry it's open. I was shocked that she would think that was ok to do. I had know idea if he touched my food, but I took it anyway. I asked the guy if he touched it and he said no. I should have refused the box. then after that the chicken strips were cold. fries cold and gravy was gross and runny. I try to support local but to many times now have gotten gross food. don't recommend.

I try to be very understanding as I've worked fast food, but I have to be honest here. Since new ownership took over this location is awful. They are constantly understaffed which i believe they do on purpose to save on payroll. Because of this, food takes too long, the cleanliness inside will make you want to leave and the food is somehow worse than any other DQ I've ever been to. I just sent an email to the corporate offices and I hope they check up on this store. Taking too long to get food is one thing, the cleanliness, or lack there of, is another. I've seen many businesses get new owners and they do everything they can to save money by making g the customer experience far worse. It doesn't make sense. If business is that bad, do something about it.
