I recently had Prairie Hogs BBQ cater our 50th Class Reunion and everything was so great. We had leftovers the next evening and everyone was very complimentary of their food and services. I will definitely will be using their services again. Thank you so much.

Had the brisket, Cole slaw, and potato salad at the ATA Grand in Sparta. Brisket was so good, tender and sauce was great too. You don't want to miss out on it. Will definitely visit again when we are back in southern IL.
