Just want to give a sincere thank you to the fine folks at Prairie Hogs BBQ. They catered my Dad’s 80th birthday party. The set up and food was great! Keith and his wife (sorry forgot your name) was very courteous and gave me everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!!
Had the brisket, Cole slaw, and potato salad at the ATA Grand in Sparta. Brisket was so good, tender and sauce was great too. You don't want to miss out on it. Will definitely visit again when we are back in southern IL.
