Ordered online to pick up on the way home from work. Ordered 2 sandwiches/ meals. Easy. Got there 30 minutes later to one bag with one sandwich ( totally different kind). (Not 2 meals!). Waited in line. Finally told the gentleman who waited on me. His response? “That’s weird!” He took the long receipt and stared at it. The lady working asked him what happened. Both seemed clueless. Neither ever apologized. Neither made eye contact. He remade the sandwiches, but they were sloppy. The more and less options were ignored. The drinks I ordered were unavailable. When I asked, he again was clueless. I told him I’d ordered the 2 cookies on the app with the meals, he said he didn’t see them, so I gave up. They were not on there. There was nothing!!!! At least there could’ve been an apology. This was an extra 20 minutes out of my day. Never again. 5:35 pm Aug 14, 2025.

I am a big fan of Subway. From the days of following Jared and the chicken breast sub loaded with veggies, to the occasional BMT or steak, pepper jack and chipotle sauce.. I love their food (even when I am told not to). So I have visited a lot of Subways in my life. This time it was different. My son and I went in to get subs for the family. Not going to get into which ones because it really does not matter. The people behind the counter were nice, and the shop was clean... but to quote the Wendy's gal... WHERE's THE BEEF? or the veggies? Or anything other than the bun? Every one of the sandwiches was thin and without filling. I am not sure how this happens, maybe I should have been paying more attention and coaching them through the sandwich building process. But they are supposed to be the experts... no? I won't be going back to this location for some time... I don't hate them, but the value is not there and there are other restaurants in the area that give better food, larger quantities, fresher and more flavorful... all for about the same price. Again, very disappointing experience from a place that I used to really like. Maybe.... another time in another town...

Sandwich was as good as usual but I ordered the exact same sandwich in Oklahoma and total cost was $10.13 total here was $16.17 . Not the first time at this restaurant but it is the last!!!!

The sub was fine, but I DO NOT LIKE the new hooded cooler. I want to see what I'm getting because some of the stores have lazy uncaring employees that don't pay attention. I've seen spoiled or dried out meats and miscellaneous contamination, if I can see it in advance I can cancel the order.Again... this visit was fine, but I've seen other locations that I didn't trust.

Great little subway off the interstate. Sandwich was excellent and the area is just so quiet.
One of the best subway sandwiches I've ever had! They say the people make the place, and they definitely do when they're making the sandwiches. Exceeded my expectations. Just wish I knew the woman's name so I could give a shout out! Whoever was working 10/30/23 at 4pm wearing the Jordan's, thanks!(:
