This place is consistently fantastic! Being open 24/7 is a huge plus for us truck drivers. The food is always incredibly fresh and delicious. The dining area is spotless and well-stocked, making for a pleasant experience. The staff greets you with a smile and provides friendly service every time. I would definitely rate it a perfect 10/10!
I normally love coming to this place. Tonight was different. I came inside, like always, wanting to try the new chicken snack wraps. I was never greeted by the young woman working the front area. After several minutes the older gentleman comes running around the corner & yells "It's going to be a minute before we get to you!"I understand being busy, but not having any customer service skills is no excuse. I have eaten at better Arby's. You need to check your order to make sure you got what you ordered, sweet tea isn't that sweet at all, and the service from some of them could be better. It a typical drive thru but I have been disappointed the last two times I have been there. It has gotten very expensive. I got a small crinkle fry and a regular roast beef sandwich and it was over 7.50.
