I went through the drive through and ordered two chicken sandwiches. I drove away and opened the bag to see they gave me the wrong order. I went back and they fixed it.. but then driving home I big into the sand which and started chewing only to find a hunk of plastic in the middle of my sandwich.. They refunded money but that could have killed someone.

Only person in drive thru and nobody was inside, waited 12 min for my food. Arrived home the food was freezing cold, old and nasty and of course made wrong. No reason for this $20 down the drain this place is shitty.

Very slow service, every table was dirty, over by the coke machine smelled rotten. All trash cans full. The workers was to busy having conversations over the headset to pay attention to customers.
Ordered a whopper with cheese mayo and lettuce in the drive thru. Got the food, checked it and noticed there was no cheese. So I walk in and explain that there was no cheese (that I paid extra for) plus there was barely any mayo on it. She says ok, one minute. Brings out a cold peice of cheese and a cup of mayo. I say, "can u not just make me a fresh one? The cheese is cold, the burger is cold by now. The cheese is not going to melt." She says, "we can, but this is fine" I stormed out after that. Who wants to pay $10 for a cold cheeseburger that you are going to have to make yourself?

We were the only ones at the register waiting to order, an older lady employee walked by and said it would be a minute...while she joked with her coworkers, a line formed behind us. After ten minutes (and one more wait a minute) we walked out. Worst service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant...would have to be very desperate to return!

Came here today and ordered breakfast food. One order came out as breakfast, the other was a burger and not the egg and sausage sandwich that we ordered. Not the first time this has happened either. We are very disappointed in the lack of care in our order.

Food would get to customers faster with less employees that was worried about telling there life stories to each other and do what your being paid to do. 12 minutes with nobody else on the place and 2 at the drive thru

I ordered food here to fill out the survey for the free whopper. They then pressured me into making a separate purchase in order to receive my free whopper when the policy clearly only requires you to do the survey. I won't be eating inside the restaurant either, there was food all over the floors and tables the last time I went.
