We went here based on reviews, and unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. The pizza was meh. We could have lived with that, but the customer service was terrible. They were not busy and we kept waiting to see if they would come check on us. No one did so I finally went and got our own drink refills at the counter. The wait staff was just hanging out in the kitchen. I would have thought they might have checked on us after that, but they did not so when it was time to leave I had to go get our to go boxes myself . Not a big deal, but since they were still just hanging out in the kitchen talking, it was kind of like really? So when I went up to pay the bill, it seemed a little high and since they don't give you an itemized receipt, I asked about it. They charged me two dollars for exchanging one ingredient for another. I asked him if he was kidding, and he said, no. People do have allergies to foods and can't eat them and will substitute. They really don't care about good customer service. I'm glad we found out before we ordered for our large group the next night. We went with another local pizza place which was awesome. I'm sure Joe's doesn't care that they lost over $200 over negative customer service.

I am a Chicago pizza connoisseur so visiting Olney and Sumner Il. For a ghost hunt and found Joes for dinner. First the staff is friendly and quick. The pizza is a 9 and definitely worth a stop if driving through Onley.

Joes catered our 50th anniversary party. The food arrived hot and delicious. We had salad, bread sticks, chicken Alfredo and the best lasagna I have ever eaten in my life! Filled with sausage, pepperoni and ham in delicious sauce. Food arrived on time and portions were large. I'd use them for a large event again and will definitely go there to eat when I am in town!
Always get my pizza just like I want it, Canadian bacon, black olive, tomato well done with a bit of crunch on the crust! Been going here since 1983, when I was still in high school, ha. Good memories, good food, good service, good folks🍕🥗

Very good food next to the High school small place but has a group room. Has young people help run the register and ovens while Joe makes the pizzas and other food. I highly recommend the Joe special and the calzone called something else.

When I first started ordering Bosco sticks they were awesome. In the last year, however, dried hollow hard sticks is how I have to describe them now. I will keep trying, but I am tired of paying for stuff that only my dog loves.

Ordered a club sandwich and stuffed shells, however the club sandwich was terrible, cheap disgusting packaged lunch meat, ice cold.
We called and asked for a credit and were told they'd put a $11 credit for us to use the next day. We tried to order today and Tony changed their mind. Now he says we'd can only have a $5 discount, what a joke.
We decided not to order again, they clearly don't care to regain customers trust and money.
