Im allergic to onions, I ask them to not put onions on my burger when I come, and every-Single time I get my burger I take it apart and find onions. Every time. I can tell when they don’t change their gloves because the TINY dehydrated onions stick to the gloves, and when an allergy is stated.. you definitely should change your gloves, or let management make the item

Ah, the grinch meal... Not only did I sit in the drive thru for half an hour, since I had to go twice cause they forgot part of my order, but the also gave me a big Mac with a really hard bun and rotten lettuce... The fries with the grinch salt were awesome! Once I heated them back up in the microwave...
This McDonald's is one of the worst. So slow and they screw up all the time.

Night shift manager was very rude and called my wife a B…. When she was asking about the app and why stuff was unavailable at 10:15 at night ( said not available during breakfast) then when asked what her name was so I can make a complaint she said I didn’t need to make a complaint

Order accuracy has to be around 20%. Doesn't matter if you're stuck in the drive-thru for 5 minutes or 40minutes you won't get what you ordered. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

Never order from this McDonald's on DoorDash,Uber eats or on the McDonald's app they literally never get your order correct when you order online. Everytime you order online and get your food delivered there's more than likely going to be missing food items or the wrong food item and the same goes for the drinks
Out of the handful of times ive stopped here they've gotten my order right once and in a timely manner. Every other time my order is wrong and there's a long wait time. One time I sat at the drive through screen for over 10 minutes with another vehicle waiting for someone to take our orders. Tonight I sat there for like 5 minutes with multiple people waiting for someone to come over the speaker to take orders and they never did so I canceled my order and drive away. Absolutely would not recommend this place at all by far the worst McDonald's ive been to, the BK down the street is much better.

the workers were incredibly harsh, waited in the drivethrough fo more than an hour... yeah an HOUR just to get a cheeseburger for my son. Who was STARVING. not coming back after that.

the food that i got was a big mac. it was pretty good other than the fact that they missed a ingredient of the burger itself... which was really surprising to me but other than that the service was great and the atmosphere was good.

This McDonald's is the absolute worst one ever... If one thing isn't broken then something else is... I barely go there anymore because I'm tired of being let down... No coffee or 15 minutes to clean the machine, no espresso, no ice cream, and the last straw was no freaking sweet tea... Seriously, nobody knows how to boil water...
