Don’t use the left drive thru lane unless you enjoy reading the menu a few times. They’ll keep servicing the vehicles in the right lane while you sit there wishing you had read this review before you got stuck with someone behind you.

Last 5 orders I have place there they either make it wrong or forget items on my order where I have to go through my order and open happy meals and buns trying to make sure I'm getting what I'm paying for. They do not care about customers at this location

Very friendly staff and the restaurant was very clean. Everything was as expected food wise.
Woman at the register was incredibly rude, I believe her name was Carolyn or something similar starting with a c, an older lady with white mid to long length hair. I came in for my clients outting, and she treated them like garbage, going so far to snap “what do you want” at one of my clients who didn’t even look at her, he was just giving me his receipt. Also witnessed her verbally dismiss and ignore other people who had been waiting in line waiting for staff to take care of front counter. Awful experience, and the lady should not work their, especially face to face with customers.

They pull every single car for your food to be extremely cold they never give you napkins so if your driving bring your own napkins I got one napkin once for over ten items ? they new girl in the back that took my money was really nice that's the only time so I decided to leave a review that she was nice but the rest from food customer service and everything else deserve no stars this is an everyday thing they need to do better LOTS better please if your going to work do it correctly please you all suck!!!

I have never been thru this mcdonalds at dinner time and had them get my order right. Something is always missing. Tonight i even asked the lady that brought our food out after a 30 minute wait to double check it. I gave her our receipt and asked her to check. She looked in the bag and said yep everything is there. Get home and there are no frys with the order and we had 3 meals. Worst service anywhere in olney, il
