The manger sat on his butt the whole time we were there. Watched the server barely take care of the customers. You could here mutiple customers complain where are the servers, do I have to do it all myself. People went up front to refill their drinks. Our waitress was snobby, rude, and didn't check on us very much. She did about 3 times in 2 hours that we were there. She sat on her butt with the manager just talking or just wasn't around. The food wasn't that good. What happened to this place? When you have 4 different random groups and can hear them complain about service then you have a probelm. I have also met people that did work here that quit and said it was a bad atmosphere and that the manager wasn't appropriate and even with the minors.

The atmosphere was surprisingly spacious and clean, with a friendly staff. We were a party of eight, and while parking was a challenge, the restaurant had more room than expected. The breadsticks, however, arrived underdone after a significant wait. The pizzas we ordered did not live up to the circulating expectations ; several of us found the supreme pizza to be over-seasoned. Members of our party who had dined here before expressed that the lack of flavor was unusual and not representative of the excellent quality they were accustomed to. Ultimately, no one in our group was particularly impressed with the flavor overall.

Got seated quickly. Waitress got us everything quick and accurate. Food was like we wanted it and payment was taking at table. Place is clean, good parking.

Ordered for a large group and pizza and all other items were spot on. Was good and reasonable. Way better food and customer service than Joe's which a few of us had tried the night before. Glad we got our food here! Very good and thankful they care.

I dined in on Thursday night had a medium meat lovers pizza was halfway cut was given a knife to cut it the waitress didn't even bother taking it back and having them cut it the right way the pizza was halfway done it wasn't done on the way may not return to this location for a while
Not the Monical's I grew up with. Total let down. Pizza was all sauce no cheese. The crust was bad & the bread sticks were so salty. My Mom got sick. Bread sticks are not supposed to be salty. I'll never go back.
