I was visiting the area & tried Scooter's 2 days in a row. Day 1 I got a turtle blender & it was really good. The second day I ordered the banana latte blender & it was HORRIBLE! It tasted like frozen coffee water. There was no banana flavor or sweetness to it at all. Zero. Just coffee. We turned back around into the drive-thru. Didn't even get out the lot. Initially I was asked if there was anything I'd like them to adjust or if I wanted something different, but another employee stepped up to the window & said they couldn't do anything. I'd have to make another purchase if I wanted something else. Customer service is everything. So is a satisfied consumer

MOST the time I order a white chocolate mocha it's fine. but here lately whoever makes mine puts way to much syrup in. My drink shouldn't be THAT dark. You can physically see it thur the cup. why would you hand that off to a customer like that who pays almost $9 for coffee..

I had a $10 gift card that I wanted to use and the lady working the register said it was invalid. I told her I just checked the amount on the card and impolitely she said yeah I don’t know. I gave her my debit card and then i had to ask for the gift card back. She was very unhelpful even though there wasn’t one single car behind me. I checked the card again and it’s still showing $10.

The employees are always upbeat, efficient, and genuinely kind — they make my mornings better just by being so positive and professional. You can tell they enjoy their job, and that kind of energy is contagious.
The management clearly sets the tone here. It’s obvious they care about both their customers and their team. The shop runs smoothly, orders are always accurate, and the atmosphere is consistently friendly and inviting.
