This was hands down the freshest Taco Bell ive had in a long time. The service was great, they were fast so I didnt have to wait in line or for my food very long. I couldn't have been happier with my experience! Keep up the amazing work

Every lunch I've had here has been regretted. I only get chicken Chalupa Supremes from Taco Bell. They are usually hit or miss, but they've had 5 BAD ones in a row. They are so bland and unpalatable that it tastes like they are cardboard. The daytime employees are nice and helpful, but the night manager was a jerk. Plus, it costs the same to get one item and a drink as eating at a local restaurant. If they could dial a few decent cooks, things could improve quite a lot. Cheers-Jub

I just saw the rudest worker you have I saw your shift manager yell and scream argue and throw customer her food after customer complained she said they forgot her nacho fries and two of her tacos had sour cream and she showed them.her receipt and said no sour cream and it is on the receipt as no sour cream the male worker went back to make her food and took her receipt and then made the two tacos again with sour cream and she said again I said no sour cream it's on the receipt the worker said where's your receipt and she said you guys still have she the shift leader manager or whatever she is or thinks she she is told her here's your tacos in a loud rude voice and threw the food at her worker yelled at customer repeatedly saying the customer was wrong while me and other customers saw it and even said the customer said it we heard her the customer had to wait almost 30 minutes she was before us in line and didn't get her food till after we had ate and they took care of drive thru first only. Rude customer service will not come back.

Absolutely hate the kiosk ordering system. Do not have menu posted anywhere. Have to scroll through kiosk while everyone is waiting on you to find what you want. Food is great though

Employees doing drugs and making drug deals in the parking lot. Open wounds on the faces and hands of most of the employees. Manager is visibly intoxicated. I dont expect much from taco bell but this place is a disaster.

I want to commend Olney Taco Bell the last three times I've been whether dinning in or take out the food has been top notch. I just went this evening for take out and when I got home the order was correct and still hot. It was very good.
