That stuffed Chicago style pizza is always amazing. The service is a different story they are kinda short and rude and once I ordered a pizza from my town 30 min away and when I got there they were closed in the early evening. When I called them the next day they were just like oh sorry my bad something came up. Didn't stop me from ordering though when I'm going to be in The Onarga area.

I've been a customer since they were in Watseka but after tonight will never order from them again.
When I did not tip for a pick up order the girl at the counter just threw my credit card and receipt on the counter.
I have been a customer for years and after tonight will never go back again.

Great food and good service but a little expensive.
Food is cold. I ordered and it was 30 minutes late. I tried calling multiple times to check on my order and I got sent to a full mailbox. Paid over $60 for food. Was not happy with my order. This small town needs something better. Anything will do.

I uploaded pictures of their new menu unfortunately both items we wanted off the menu we found are no longer an option at Franci's pizza in Onarga, IL. I had the Italian beef, and it was not bad. It definitely was no portillo's, but for Onarga definitely not bad. My wife had the veggie pizza, and she said it was good. I ate a piece and it wasn't bad, but for the price I would do Monicals instead. We were in town visiting family, and they absolutely love the deep dish pizza here, so maybe that's where the gem is at. Overall this place is worth giving a shot for sure especially if you live in Onarga.

Love the food! Yet I cannot stand to eat in. The natural gas odor is OVERWHELMING! Within 10 minutes I developed a headache. I'm shocked this place passes inspections. Add that to their AC not being able to keep up.
