A friend of mine recommended this place and so we went there and got the CHICKEN WINGS AND THEY WERE GREAT TOOK SOME HOME FOR MY WIFE AND BOUGHT SOME FOR MY PASTOR ABOUT 20 FOR HIS FAMILY AND HIS FAMILY LOVED THEM also went back bought more and we had the meat loaf dinner and it was really good 👍 and bought more 🍗 CHICKEN WINGS TO BRING HOME FOR LATER AND PICKED UP SOME FOR THE PASTOR AND HIS FAMILY 🙏
Enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Mama’s Place while visiting Oquawka in September. Delish BLT, hot & crispy fries, & a perfect midwestern salad bar. Iceberg lettuce, bacon, cheese & the kind of Ranch dressing you only find on salad bars in smaller towns (or make at home from the packet) & all sorts of salads. Service was fast, friendly & professional. Looking forward to future vacations in Oquawka & dining at Mama’s Place.
We showed up late, and they turned the fryer back on to help us out. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The food was tasty and the staff was very nice.
