Anchor Bar in Oswego was a wonderful dining experience. The dining space is both cozy and spacious, making it comfortable whether you’re there for a casual meal or a longer visit. The chopped salad was fresh and flavorful, and the wings were excellent—perfectly prepared and satisfying. We finished with a delicious sweet treat: a warm lava cake paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was the perfect ending to the meal. The service was friendly, timely, and genuinely helpful, adding to an all-around enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I've been here several times and have always loved the food and service. Today I went with a larger group from work, I told my staff I've never been disappointed. Tonight we had Dylan serve our group and he was amazing, as was the food. Dylan went above and beyond with helping us set up the room for our group and serving us. I look forward to continuing coming here.

Very disappointed went in there and wasn't busy took about 30 min to get a waiter to us like they discriminated on us. Not until my daughter asked for our waiter did they go and get her she must if not wanted to take care of us so they went and got a Hispanic guy that was working on the opposite side of the restaurant to take our order he was very apologetic and asked if they hadn't taken our order and how long we were waiting and said I'm on the other side but I'll take care of you guys mind you another couple walked in like 20 min after us and she was there so fast they had just sat down and she was taking there drink order. Also food is not worth the price very over priced pizza to this and doughy soggy. I will stick to O'Malley or Riverside Pizza and pub great service very friendly and great food. I don't think Anchor Bar will be around long once word spreads and they don't step it up. I have never felt this discriminated in my life I sent in on Friday n couldn't stop thinking of it I was there with my wife daughter and grandson.

This was our second time visiting, and we had such a great experience! We came with a party of 8, and the hosts were so kind and welcoming while setting everything up for us. Our server, Dylan, was absolutely amazing—he kept our drinks full, made sure our food was perfect, and was so attentive the whole time. I ordered the wings (so good!) and my boyfriend loved his pizza. The pizza rolls were a huge hit too! I really appreciate that the food and service are equally fantastic. We’ll definitely be asking for Dylan next time we come in!

Food is decent. Buffalo chicken sandwhich is pretty big for the price. Service was ok but could tell it was lunch shift and only got half the effort you'd expect, ie missing sauces, drink with something floating in it. Kind of a depressing setting all around as far as atmosphere. While the food was decent not somewhere we'd bother to go again.
