We love this place! Quality custard, a good variety of toppings, and friendly service.

They have a guy there that dresses and talks like he’s a girl. Can’t support a place that enables that kind of behavior.

Hello Andy's Oswego ,
The place is excellent and the service is top notch .
All I would request is , the staff should stay indoors in this cold weather . We can use the ordering machine and place our order. That's no biggie .
Icecream is a happy place and seeing the staff standing in cold really hurts . You don't feel like ordering (iykyk)
Hope this policy changes , thank you !

We need more places open late in general! Always thankful remembering we can stop at Andy's to satisfy the sweet tooth even at a late hour. Lots of great options and always love to experiment with the various options available (even if the combos are not quite there 😅).

Great staff here as well, they have such a great attitude rain or shine, hot or cold! Hope these fine folks are compensated well for manning the outside posts.

I love the custard here! It is a very welcoming environment and the only thing I wish was different is that it had an indoor seating area. The manager there (Adan) was very helpful in providing recommendations about what to order and his smile and excitement about the product selections were top notch! I would 100% come back anytime I’m in the area

Parking: Tons of parking

Kid-friendliness: This is a great place to bring kids who doesn’t love custard?!

If you’re looking for the ultimate frozen treat, Andy’s Frozen Custard is the place to be. From the moment you walk up to the counter, you can tell this is no ordinary ice cream shop. The menu is a delightful mix of frozen custard creations that will leave you spoiled for choice. Whether you’re a fan of sundaes, concretes, or simply a classic cone, Andy’s delivers a creamy, indulgent experience every time.

What sets Andy’s apart from the rest is the quality of the custard itself. It’s rich, velvety, and smooth, with a perfect balance of sweetness. Made fresh every hour, the custard is denser and creamier than typical ice cream, which gives it a satisfying texture that keeps you coming back for more. The variety of toppings and mix-ins is also impressive, with options ranging from fresh fruit to decadent brownies and hot fudge.

I’ve tried several of their signature items, but my personal favorite is the “Jack and Diane”—a chocolate custard mixed with strawberries and hot fudge. It’s the ideal combination of flavors and textures. Andy’s also offers seasonal specials, so there’s always something new to try.

The customer service at Andy’s is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to offer recommendations if you’re undecided. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a family outing or a late-night dessert run.

Overall, Andy’s Frozen Custard is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates high-quality frozen treats. It’s a place where indulgence meets quality, and I can’t recommend it enough!

We repeatedly ask & pay for extra espresso in our Jitterbug concrete shake, and we still can't taste the espresso. Once in a great while they get it right but when you ask and pay extra, it should be everytime. I've even asked, "did you put in the extra espresso?" And they'll tell you they did, but the obvious vanilla color would suggest otherwise. They are the priciest of all the ice cream shops so I guess expecting better service is understandable.

Ordered the snow monster =strawberries And chocolate blended. There was literally one strawberry on the top of the ice cream. I dumped out the entire ice cream, which was almost completely melted. There was never another piece of strawberry in there. Called talked to management she said there’s very new employees in there and they’re still learning and maybe they didn’t put a full ladle I told her that there was no ladle at all as there was one piece (quarter size piece) of strawberry on top. So I paid for chocolate chunks and vanilla ice cream that was melted. 👎🏼

The worst frozen custard ever! It is basically ice with no custard in it! Very disappointing!
