There was a young lady today that seemed to be running the show, *major girl boss vibes* she was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure my drink tasted perfect, even remade it after I insisted it was okay. I wish I would have gotten her name!

AA hack- a lot of people don’t know about the unsalted pretzel, 10/10 recommend if you love pretzels but don’t love a lot of salt.

Amazing food from the pretzel gods!! Everything is already reqdy for you to take. The pretzels are crispy and savory. The lemonade is the perfect balance of sweet and sour. 🥹🥹🥹

I was picking up an Uber Eats order and the two women working were beyond rude. I tried to have polite conversation and they treated me like I had the plague. I wound up looking the woman in the face and just saying "Wow" while shaking my head. I have never been disrespected simply for doing my job with a smile. Funny part was, I had planned to buy some food for myself so they would have had another sale, but her attitude changed my mind.

2 employees. No one here. Yet takes 25 min. Terrible.

Employees there today have terrible attitudes and rude. If you don't like your job that much, find a new one in my opinion. Not to mention you get 1 weird cup of cheese for 4 items. Not worth the price, terrible experience.

the best costumer service i have ever had. Courtney helped us and made fresh pretzels without the butter because my friend is vegan. so so kind and respectful. give them a raise! <3

Love the almond pretzel!

Did 2 pickup orders in the last 2 weeks that were perfect. Had two different young employees that were very pleasant, professional, and friendly. My son is very excited that there is still a good pretzel place not too far away from us. The ones near us closed throughout the last 3 or 4 years. The orders were made fresh and ready at the designated time. Just in and out, so simple. Would recommend!

The Oswego Meijer location has gone through management changes. Stopped last night @ 7:15pm. Food was fresh and tasted great. Hope they continue being available.
