Food used to be amazing but they've gone downhill the past couple of months. Fries are either burnt or raw, beef is chewy. Hot dogs are pretty dood, hence the extra star.

we have always enjoyed Beef Shack. The kids enjoy the $1 milk shake on Saturdays. Fries are always good. Over the years the amount of beef has become smaller like most places, overall still a good sandwich.

Need to stop over filling beverage containers for delivery drivers. Makes a HUGE mess. Drinks and shakes should NOT be filled all the way to the top! Teach your employees how to fill drinks!

Cheesy beef with hot peppers on garlic bread was delicious. Although I asked for it to be dipped in feel like they dipped it after they sealed it with the cheese on top so the bread didn't soak anything up and was dryer than I would have liked. Not a deal breaker though since it was flavorful. I also tried a Hotdog.....not bad. I will definitely return here in the future.

With high expectations going to beef shack I was disappointed. Had a beef sausage with sweet peppers combo. Beef lacked seasoning kind of bland. Sausage was tasty. Nothing compares with Portillos or buena beef.....it's ok..

So awesome that if you go at the wrong time of day it's standing room only. Cheese fries are the bomb. That's how they make money on dollar dog days with those bad boys
Ive been here twice. Once when they 1st opened and it was terrible. I figured I would give the benefit of doubt and try again. Nope. Went through drive thru. Ordered cheezy beefs and fries. Beef was just ok compared to a couple other local places, cheese was plentiful, and the fries were all the bottom of the bag broken peices with a few full ones and barely warm. Wasn't impressed the 1st time and not this time. I'll continue my business with the other local places.
