Me and my wife went here to try something besides the usual chain places around here specifically for the beef sandwich. While the beef was good, it was a little salty and a bit different taste. Couldn't pinpoint the taste but different from most beef I've had.. Wasn't a big fan but not bad. Fries are awesome Will come back and try the burger and hot dogs.

Why is it that some crews choose to wear the gloves while preparing food and others do not I believe we should have the rules down and gloves on !seems when the proper manager is not around the rules are bent in the worst way! also way too expensive $12 for a cheeseburger is ridiculous and the beef is overrated!!!! Wear your gloves when you are preparing our food?

It's my favorite beef sandwich. I don't care for the fries but the cheesy garlic beef sandwich is delicious. They always take good care of us. We haven't had a bad experience yet.

Late after a high school football game last night, we thought we would try the Beef Shack. Boy, am I happy we did! The man greeted with “how you doing?’ I liked that. We ordered an Italian beef and a large fry. We park in a stall and were brought our food within minutes. The bag was so hot. We drove home and were surprised at how big the fry and sandwich were! Both were delicious! We will be going there often!

I was in the drive up line waiting about 20 minutes, only one person ahead of me, it appeared she was heaving a chat with the girl at the window. I ask if they had to kill the cow. I was not happy. My food was laying on the counter when I finally got to the window. Was not hot, and got no apologie when she handed it to me.
Post-Covid pricing took some of the shine off this place, but $1 Shakes on Saturdays takes the sting off, a bit. Good product, great fries. They need a marinara option for their cheesy beef, which is very cheesy. Tables need more-frequent bussing.

All is great, except... The prices for this food are outrageous. I bought one cheeseburger that came with lettuce, tomato, and mayo and it was almost $11 after tax... No cheeseburger on the planet is worth $11 through a fast food drive-thru window. Maybe it has something to do with the Cadillac SUV in the parking lot with the beef shack emblem on it?...and that price doesn't include fries, a drink, or anything else, Just the burger. They didn't even give me napkins...? Maybe I had to pay more? ?
