Cashier socks had a attitude and I asked to speak to manger apparently was to busy to come talk bad service and I asked for store number and Cashier didn't want to give it ans said call manger tomorrow..
Not sure what the deal is with this location. My wife and I order the same exact wings every time we come here. Sometimes we add cheese curds, sometimes we add fries, but it’s an overall not complicated order. Yet everytime I pickup from this location (I’ve stopped getting delivered due to mistakes) I always have to come back in and have them correct some part of my wings order. I don’t want a free coupon, I don’t want them taken off my bill. I want to order wings with dry buffalo and not get them soaked in sauce. I want to order sweet bbq cauliflower wings, and not get Asian zing and be told that these are sweet bbq as if I haven’t eaten the same dressing for 5+ years. Get it together Oswego

Extremely disappointing service. Our server denied to serve alcohol because I still have a vertical ID (just turned 21 a month ago) although it’s not expired. After getting the manager she just made things worse by repeatedly lying to us. She didn’t even check the DOB or expiration, and refused to try scanning it and said it, “just isn’t visually correct” and “it’s against the law” (which it’s not) and then said it would violate a policy in their liquor license. After calling other local BWWs, they all said it shouldn’t be a problem and they have no policies in place against it, unless you’re at the bar. After telling her I’ve never had an issue with it and have even been served at this location several other times she said, “I don’t even know why they would do that-“ as if she’s not the manager and responsible for informing her staff. But why would you inform your staff on a policy that doesn’t exist? Afterwards, we had terrible service taking well over 30 minutes to get guacamole and chips which came out cold and brown. I’m a server myself and if I had an issue with a table like that, I would try to make things right instead of hiding away and giving awful service. This was a horrible experience and I wanted to cry after how the manager spoke with us. It really sucks because I used to love going here and it used to be a good location but the service has gone downhill and after my most recent visit I will not be back again. For a manager to blatantly lie to my face is completely unprofessional and needs to be addressed. If you have a policy, whatever, just say that. But don’t lie and tell me it’s against the law and whatever reason you can think of.

Gave me some old fries, last time they forgot to give me all of my wings, time before that they “forgot” to give me my fries, every single time something happens at this place. They put two different flavors in the same box but shake it so they mix with each other. This is the last time I’m going there, the one on Orchard is alot better, let’s stop supporting this location

It took 45 min to even get our drinks. They messed up two of our meals. The Manager didn't even know how to run a shift. Everyone running in circles with only 4 tables. No team work at all Then the manager begged my 18 years sister to charge our moms credit card 28$ After I said no. He keeps asking my little sister if she is comfortable doing this... Corporate will be getting called.

Take out service sucks here… waited an extra 30 min for food above the time I was given so in total over an hour no apology for the wait or any sympathy…side of fries was about the same as a kids meal at McDonald’s and was told that’s the amount I get when I asked for just another handfulfor $4. I’m sure the servers are nice but no sense of urgency or hospitality for making people wait for this overpriced restaurant
The server was good, but the poor guy had too many folks to quit on. When someone ordered a new flavor. He suggested trying it first. He brought out a sample. The food was warm and rested great.like a kick, try the spicy
This place needs better management. The waiting is terrible, only two waiters. They're clearly overworked, the attitude of the waitress is outrageous. Tried asking her questions and she rudely cut me off and said to read the menu and walked away. Food took forever to arrive and we didn't even get all of it mind you it was also cold. She spent more time chatting in the pay area with who I presume was the manager, than attending to the costumer. Quite a disappointing dining experience.

I eat Buffalo Wild Wings quite a bit. Some people crave Ice Cream, others chocolate. I crave BWW boneless wings. I usually get mine carry out but sometimes I just am rushed for time and eat in. I’ve been to most of the local ones - Aurora, Naperville etc. and I have to say Oswego is usually the best.
I wanted to write this review because I just had the best server in the history of my love of BWW. Kasside was great - filled my drink 3 times and never let it go empty. Was friendly and outgoing and just did an awesome job. I know people are more motivated to leave a review when they have a negative experience as when they have a positive one and that sucks. So I wanted to give a shout out to a job well done and say thanks for being the best.

The server collected all of our Id’s after ordering alcohol to verify if they were real. The server came back and slapped the Id’s on the table and stated that she could not verify the authenticity of the IDs even though all the ID’s were real and confirmed. We work in sales, and most of our party are from different parts of the country. We even stated to call the police for them to verify and the establishment continued to refuse service. The attitude of the server as well was not appreciated. Do not come here. Waste of money. Terrible customer service.
