Have always had a great service but the seating lady named Amanda had a sour attitude. We have an son whose on the spectrum and his safe food is a happy meal and I’ve always came here and no one has ever said anything about having outside food before but Amanda refused to let us sit unless it was outside. I will not be returning here and I suggest not coming here unless you want a hostess who is rough around the edges and has a snarky attitude

It was my first time trying it and the lady was so nice and helped me picking the flavors as there was so many. It was good and I liked the “buy 10 wings and get 10 free” it’s a really great deal! Only on thursdays though

One server called out to multiple that people should just go find a seat and once we sat down another server told us to go wait and be seated while they didn't say anything to the other parties. Long wait to finally get asked what we wanted. Got tenders and only took 1.5 tenders to finish a sauce container so I dont know why they gave such little sauce for 5 tenders and fries. The food was average at best even with sauce. What was the most annoying was once we asked for a check, it took over 20 minutes for the to-go box and check. Once we laid out the cash it took an additional 20 minutes to pick up the cash and then probably 7 more minutes for our change. The place was not packed at the time and definitely should have not taken that long.

The mismanagement here is unbelievable. Expect to be here 3+ hours. The staff is friendly, but the management issues are glaring. Wait times are so long that my family leaves frustrated every time. I had hoped our first visit was a fluke, but unless things change drastically, we won’t be back.

I went to. The location on Oswego The bar tender harrased. Me asking me questions that I didn’t feel comfortable answering. I told her that was not appropriate ask to talk to manager and explain to manager name melody told me to leave and don’t come back. That’s how they treat custumers I don’t think is right the an employee starts a sexually conversation with Custumer asking my size and asking me to go to washroom and send her. Pictures of my private part and manager don’t do nothing about it hopefully someone take action

Had really bad experience Oswego location on 07/24/25. Around 1pm Bar tender place my order wrong she refuse to corrected. Spoke with 2 managers she lie about it Melody and Ken. And didn’t help at all Ken and memory told me our restaurant our rules. Don’t like it don’t come back. I place an order of nachos xtra cheese queso jalapeños. And xtra chicken chicken on the side I got charged for it and till got regular no xtra nothing so I close my tab still bartender. Demand 20 percent tip she got mad only tip her 4 dollars tip

BWW has seemed to taken a turn for the worst… half my order missing… my chili and fries looked like it had been sitting there waiting for someone to order it since this morning, other order of fries were under cooked and hardly seasoned with desert heat, my chicken wrap was missing the buffalo sauce on it and the chicken seemed to be over cooked. Have had past orders screwed up with wings being over cooked or just tasting so strange I was worried about finishing it and would toss it out. Been having Buffalo Wild Wings since high school when my group of friends would go on Friday nights but now… guess I’ll just order Wingstop if I want wings and fries…
