We ordered food for pick up. Was told it would be 10-15 minutes so I walked in around 12 minutes from the call. I waited another 10 for my food. When I got home, the food was cold and hard, the sauces were missing, and the fries were old and missing seasoning.

However, when I called and spoke with Amanda, she was so kind and helpful in getting my refund processed.

The bartender Rachel is perhaps the rudest server I have met. She should not be allowed to interact with customers. It amazes me that the managers of this location know of her behavior, yet still employ her. There is a reason why this place has so many 1 star reviews!

Yorkville Grand Opening – Buffalo Wild Wings

Tje customer service was amazing! I was using both a coupon and a gift card, and honestly had no idea how to get it all to work. Even on a busy grand opening day, the staff member helping me was incredibly patient, kind, and walked me through it without any frustration.

Yorkville is excited to have a great wings spot, and we’re happy to welcome

I actually went like a few days ago and the food was very great. I actually I would visit here again because they orange chicken it's so tasty with a Mountain dew. You should try the orange chicken. It's very delicious and kind of spicy. I will visit here someday.

This was our first time visiting Buffalo Wild Wings in Oswego. We decided to order our food to go, but the wait time took so long we decided that we may as well just stay and dine-in. While waiting for our food, we were greeted and asked if we would like a table. We said sure, and explained that our order is still cooking, but we would take a booth. The host was then informed by her Manager, Amanda, to not seat us! Her excused was that we would not be serviced at all, and other paying customers need a table. Wow! So I’m not considered a paying customer since we ordered to go? Or was it because you saw a black face and felt like we weren’t as good as any other paying customer ready to enjoy their food and eat. Rather or not, the order was directed to go, they should have been accommodating to the fact that waited patiently over 49 minutes, in fact, still here waiting, and our order is not ready! Last, she look at my daughter while speaking to us and noticed she had a meal in her hand from Five Guys…so she was impelled to say, “oh, by the way I can’t except any outside food in here”. But just because she brought it up…we live 5 min away and my daughter was in a rush to leave while we stayed behind to eat. Hating the world we live in sometimes. It was so disappointing, and discriminating to sit there for so long, and watch serval empty chairs and booths available, while multiple customers continuously walked out after eating. No reason and no excuse for this type of behavior! By the way, our food finally arrived and no drinks were given to us. We waited just little while longer to get this resolved.

Mandy my server with the heart gadge ears. She was An amazing server. Super friendly & on top of the game. Good came warm. The Red Bull watermelon fruit punch was my fav!!!!!!!!!

They took over an hour to serve food, we were the only group waiting for food. Once the food was served, some plates were served COLD. Once we were done eating they were more worried about cleaning our table than taking our checks after waiting for more than an hour. We ordered simple wings and burgers and we got the worst service.

I had such a positive experience with an employee I had to write a review. Ken went above and beyond to make my customer experience excellent last night, even though the problem had nothing to do with the restaurant. I ordered through the app for delivery via DoorDash last evening at 7:09pm. I got the text saying that my order would be delivered at 7:50 approximately 30 minutes after the initial text. Long story short, the food that was prepared at 7:09 was not delivered until 8:35. I could see that the delivery driver’s car was not moving for about 30 minutes so I called the store and Ken called DoorDash for me himself on a busy Friday night. He had DoorDash call me directly and then called to follow up and make sure the situation was resolved. When I expressed concerns about the quality of the food he was both sympathetic and supportive and as soon as the food was delivered said I could call back if there was a problem (there was, everything was cold and the boxes were disintegrating from being in plastic with hot food for more than an hour). He then called DoorDash AGAIN to have them resend a driver for a new meal. Ken was on the phone a minimum of 45 minutes during all of this and even offered me a cookie or brownie for the frustration even though it was not the restaurant’s fault at all. The new order was delivered in 30 minutes (the time it usually takes). Ken took a bad situation and fixed it. We will continue to order from here because we know that if mistakes happen that they will be handled with professionalism and kindness. Truly a wonderful customer service experience. Thank you so much!

Wow this place went downhill fast! Ordered wings w sauce, it’s mostly dry and overly salty. See photo. Where is the sauce??
It’s all super fried, extra oily. Ick.

The Bois

Mandy was a very good server! Super attentive even though the place was busy, and she made sure I had everything I needed. Friendly, professional, and kept a smile the whole time. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had here in a while.
