It appears that their over priced pizza and poor service finally caught up to this location. Much better choices in the area to choose from for at a more reasonable price.

Going down hill fast. Been getting pizza there for years, the past 4 times are just getting terrible. Charged for 4 toppings, but delivered cheese. I tried contacting them twice and they will not get back to me. Another time pizza was all over the place, delivery issue. And the Last time pizza was cold. Don't bother complaining, they wont do anything anymore.

We've tried CPA twice now and have been disappointed both times. We tried about 2 years ago and was very disappointed in the customer service. After ordering a pizza over the phone my husband went to pick up the pizza. He ended up waiting at least 30minutes once he got there and was given no explanation or apology. Well we decided to give them another try today because we thought a slice of pizza for lunch would be nice. We received a flyer in the mail a few days ago advertising they're doing pizza by the slice from 11-4. When I went in around 2:30, there was not an employee in sight. I eventually saw someone walk in from the front of the store to the back, not even looking to see if there was a customer. Then I noticed someone in the back portioning dressing. After I waited a few minutes more of no one even looking up, I said hello a few times. The employee portioning still never even looked up. Eventually someone else came to the front and I asked for a pizza by the slice. She claimed they don't do that. I was so annoyed I walked out. Probably won't be giving this establishment a third chance.

I’m not one to post reviews, but this is strike 4. We kept ordering because my husband absolutely loves the pizza itself. Strike 1: pizza cold...not an issue, we can just microwave. Strike 2: pizza toppings all slid to one side on the pizza...we just mored them back over. Strike 3: veggies on our pizza are completely raw...pizza basically inedible without removing those ingredients. Strike 4: kids have friends over, waiting for pizza to arrive....and hour and a half AFTER given delivery time, kids’ friend’s parents come to get their kids because it has a now after 9PM. Pizza shows up just as kids are going home. I sent a plate of pizza with them apologetically. The delivery driver was very apologetic (I had called 2x to check on the status of said pizzas). I told him it is not his fault, since it really isn’t. He still got his &10.00 tip on a $40 order. We will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Ordered food for delivery, less then 5 min away. Took about an hour, which is fine, was a Saturday evening about 5. Was the wrong pizza, wrong toppings, my wife hates pepperoni. So she called and requested the correct pizza, they offered credit, my wife said, no, i want the pizza i ordered so i can eat, they literally took MORE time, well over an hour to correct their mistake, so now you're talking well over 2 hours for a simple pizza. You would think at this time they would of prioritized the order to correct their mistake, to top it off, the people who got our pizza probably wanted a corrected pizza too. Not sure what happened to this place, we used to order from here all the time, been trying other places lately, but decided to try them again, and get this. The pizza was good, nothing to brag about. I'm just ordering from Parma Pizza next time and going to get it myself, would be way faster.

Everything from the phones to the delivery was perfect. Everyone is extremely polite and I will definitely be ordering more pizza from them from now on. You can tell the place is being well run.

The pizza was awesome I was born and raised in Chicago tasted just like Chicago Corner Pizza. When I did order the price shocked me a bit so the girl found a coupon and added it on for a $6 reduction in my bill I really appreciated her going out of her way to give me that discount. She was very pleasant.

So I ordered from Chicago Pizza Authority Oswego on Super Bowl Sunday and then again on February 21st and these last two times the pizza has not been what it was before. The pizza for Super Bowl just seem dry and over baked and the same for my most recent order but was also missing an ingredient. I know management has changed but they need to put the previous kitchen staff back in the kitchen. I real enjoyed the pizza from this place. Each time I ordered in the past I had to stop myself from eating the whole pizza it was so good. I will give them a third try and hope they get it right otherwise I am looking for another pizza place.

Unless you call on the phone you can only order through the slice app. The coupons they give you when you get your pizza won't work on there. When I ordered on a Tuesday at 4:30 PM the app said it would be delivered by 5:22pm at the latest. Well, 5:45 rolls around so I call to find out what's going on. The lady says they only have one driver that night and it's on the way. Finally I received my pizza at 6pm. It was warm, not hot and I live about 5 minutes from where it came from. I complained about the poor service to Slice and received a $5.00 credit. Back when CPA had their own online ordering system I never had these time issues. The time they gave was the time it would be there by. Sadly the pizza was just ok too. I will be taking a break from CPA for a while. This was one of my favorite pizza places in the area.
The sauce is perfect, center crust is perfect (not too soft, not too crispy). Edge crust is perfectly crispy every time. Cheese and ingredients are always exactly how I would describe my ideal za!

Ehh! It was ok pizza nothing to really rave about. We just moved into the area and wanted to try something different. Pizza was rather small for an 18” the sauce was way too sweet for our liking. We also ordered the fried ravioli which appeared to be fried in old oil. The filling had no taste or seasoning to it. Sadly disappointed as we wanted to try something new instead of going to our usual pizza spot.

Pizza was not bad. The amount of the ingredients was good and the flavor was pretty good. While I understand what a thin crust pizza is, I felt there version was too thin. It was very floppy and it did not fully satisfy. I paid over $30 for a four topping (two full and two half ingredients) 18” pizza that in most cases can feed 5-6 people. Some places say more but we all know the truth when it comes to pizza! This pizza could only feed 3-4, maybe. I would not say the pizza was bad, but it wasn’t better than average. For the price, I think they could do better.

It was my first time ordering from CPA and I got the monster pizza 18 inch. It was very good and plenty of left overs, I recommend reheating it in the oven or a air fryer. It maintains quality and tastes just as good! Also I ordered fries and wings. The wings were great but my fries cold and soagy. They were clearly done way before the pizza was done. Boxed up fries usually suck because trapped steam, although they did box them in a paper container which helps but they were cold just because they didn’t time the food right most likely and they sat too long.I’d definitely order again.My order was like 34$ it would have been more however I had a coupon for free wings on $30 orders or more. The pizza ingredients were great as well and seemed fresh. Hope you enjoy!
