They gave me a complete difference order of someone else , paid a lot for my meal and got someone else weird stuff when arrived at home is a complete disaster management at Oswego chick fil a .

I visited the Chick-fil-A in Oswego expecting the great service the brand is known for, but unfortunately, my experience was far from that. I had accumulated a lot of points and wanted to use them to pay for my breakfast, but the staff’s attitude made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Instead of being helpful or even neutral, they seemed annoyed, dismissive, and unwelcoming.
Redeeming points should be a simple, hassle-free process, but I felt like I was being judged for using them. Customer service was rude, and the overall vibe was that they didn’t want to help. It’s disappointing because Chick-fil-A is known for great hospitality, but this location definitely fell short. Hopefully, management addresses this issue because customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable for simply using their rewards.

This was probably my last time at chick fil a. I was so in love with the customer service and quality of food but my body cannot handle whatever chicken they have now for their food. Anytime I get a sandwich I can only eat half because it messes it up so much. Tonight was the final straw. I had an extremely unpleasant experience in the bathroom that had me so sickly feeling like I had food poisoning. I’m done with chick fil a. My stomach cannot handle it. Not to mention this location gave my husband and rootbeer instead of diet Dr Pepper.

Friendliest restaurant around. Great service and great food. If you're having a bad day, the Chick-fil-A worker will make your day. Mines caught a ladybug and paused taking our order just to save the little bug before resuming. 10/10 highly recommend
You have to walk through drive thru lanes to enter the front door…very odd set up. $50 on dinner and had to go back in front and get in a long line to ask for sauces that were forgotten. Waited 20 minutes for 3 for ice cream cones and when they gave it to me there was not much on the cone but just took it and left because all of my kids were having meltdowns. Probably won’t come back to this location.
The young man in the lobby cleaning was very kind though!

I have visited this location at least four times, before I experienced something totally unexpected, I had brought my teen son a spicy chicken sandwich meal, which is what he usually gets! He then bit into the sandwich, just to show me that he had a bug on his sandwich, I look throughly to make sure it was one, and it was! I am so disgusted and I don’t understand how this could have happen?! Please don’t be fooled by the hype of this restaurant, sadly they are unsanitized, and they need to have a good audit done ASAP! Not to mention the last few times I have eaten here, I got really sick, almost as if I experienced food poisoning. Please do not eat at this location, they do not care about the customers well being.
