We went to the Oswego, il location. Everything was terrific! Hostess was friendly & made space for us right away. Margaritas were delicious we had the resolution. Medium rare steak cooked to perfection. Ribs slide of the bone. & the service; WOW! Amazing! Devin took care of our family of 9 with ease. Honestly it’s been years since I’ve been to Chili’s but with this visit we will definitely be returning.
First of all- full disclosure- I have a marketing brain. With that being said here are my thoughts. Overall this location was clean, & service was great. Food-- we ordered nachos but chicken came on them. I asked if they could substitute beef. He said he could do steak. Pieces were cut into large bite-sized pieces. I believe it should have been smaller pieces. They looked silly and it was like 6 bites. Not very tasty. Service was great! Our server was attentive without hovering. Atmosphere- chili's has been around for years. Time for a more updated marketing plan. This one feels old. Still love chili's though! Pro tip-- Ask for special drinks. Granddaughter got blue raspberry sprite!

Only suggestion is that they put up some type of divider between the pick up door and bar area. Way too many cold blast of air while trying to eat.
