Always a good experience at Chili's. My wife wanted to celebrate her birthday there at this location. We have been here plenty of other times and the food ans service is excellent. I called to place an order at 9:30 PM and was told the kitchen closes at 10 PM. However, the person I spoke with said she thinks my order might be ready in time but still refused to take the order. That’s not just unhelpful, it’s poor customer service. If you’re open until 10, you should be able to accommodate orders taken well before closing. Disappointing experience.
If you are looking for a good burger or chips and salsa, this is the place. After falling off the top ten list over the past few years, they have come back and are now back on or near the top. They have upgraded their menu options and quality of their food. Now that TGI Fridays is gone this is the place to go for that level of food. Plenty of tvs in the bar and a good selection of beers make this a fun place to hang out after work. Don't forget to sign up for their diner club so you can get free chips and salsa each time you go.

Honestly I don’t think I can even form in words how much I love chilis, chilis is my lifeline. I love chilis. This location is great and speedy too, staff is wonderful, food is great. Honestly if I had to go somewhere while I’m on hospice I would come here. Might get some tonight now, im hungry🤤. Best plates might be the appetizer of the skillet queso, the triple dipper, or the shared platters. Amazing place to come to with friends, 100000% recommend.
