Food was delivered well outside delivery window and half was missing. Sat on hold 20 minutes to ask for a refund for the food we didn’t get and was told no- that I’d get a pizza voucher emailed to me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I’d likely “wait a lot longer than 20 more minutes.”
If you can’t provide the service and can’t own your mistakes then don’t open your doors.
I was super excited to annihilate this whole pizza, but it was delivered to me looking like this?😑
Ordered $60 worth of food at 9:00 tonight according to their pizza tracker it literally just got put in the oven at 11:15. Have tried calling the store multiple times only to wait 15 minutes and then they hang up on me. Tried to call to cancel my order. Had to spend more money to get food elsewhere. What the heck!
