“Since moving to Oswego a year ago, this is our go to place! Our three year old calls it “The donut house.” Great service! They quality is consistent and delicious! Get the Boston, but save me one. They sell out fast! A true gem in our little town.“

“I go to this Dunkin almost every day. My order is a large hot coffee with French Vanilla and oat milk. Every single day that I go here, my coffee tastes the exact same! I have to give this Dunkin a Kudos because uniformity is not the same at every location. No matter who's working, my coffee has always tasted excellent. Secondly, the line can be ridiculously long... BUT these employees are so quick and efficient that I cannot say I have waited over 5-10 minutes in the line. Thank you to the hard workers at this Dunkin for all that you do!“

“UPDATE on my situation with this Dunkin Donuts. (Original post below) Although it took a while and many phone calls to the owner of this location and to corporate, (I am very persistent) this issue has been resolved and I am very happy with the way it was handled. I have been paid back the $200 I spent on getting my car back from the towing company, partly in cash and partly in free coffee, which is fine with me considering the amount of coffee I consume. Just wanted to update my review since I believe in giving credit where credit is due! Very happy with the manager and staff for owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility!!! Old post: After being a returning and loyal customer to this Dunkin Donuts location for 4+ years, I am extremely appalled at the way the staff and management here treats their customers and community. Yesterday, Sunday August 6th 2017, after purchasing my daily iced coffee, my car broke down in the parking lot at around 4pm. After attempting to jumpstart my car with no luck, I went inside and asked an employee if it would be okay to leave my car in the parking lot for the day and possibly overnight, as none of the dealerships are open on Sundays. The employee told me that yes, this was fine. I returned today to find that my car had been TOWED despite the fact that I was told by an employee that it would be okay to leave it there!!!! I spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that it was MY FAULT for asking the "wrong employee" who decided not to share the information with the rest of the staff. I asked to speak with his boss, and was blatantly told, "No." I had to pay $200 to get my car back because of the EXTREME lack of communication and respect at this Dunkin Donuts location.“

“I placed a large order for an early morning staff meeting, and I was thrilled how well Joe took care of my order, down to small details such as a bag for each staff members with their name and names on the drinks! I have to add, all the lids were securely placed on the drinks! 2 coffee cups fell out of their cup holder on a turn in the car and they did not pop open!! Nothing short of a miracle! Thanks Yorkville Dunkin team for making my staff meeting breakfast super easy and yummy!!“

“I go here EVERY morning even though the one on galena is closer to my house and there’s a couple on my way to work. This place is the ONLY one that makes a frozen coffee perfectly. Everyone is super friendly in the drive through. They are open Christmas Day and that made my whole day!“
