“It was our first time stopping in—my kids and I loved everything about it. The donuts were fresh and delicious. The coffee was tasty and I had a free upgrade to large. 💃 The gentleman taking our order (three kids 6 and under making the donut decision) was patient. And the other gentleman was knowledgeable about the coffee process and was patient and kind, as well. We will definitely return!“

“Love this place they do a good job with food, & coffee. Service is good & quick … BUT this location really needs to up their game on matcha. The foam takes up a good amount of the cup (see photo) & there isn’t enough milk making the drink way too sweet. My husband got a large coffee & I got same size matcha he handed my drink to me & said “wow it feels like there is nothing in there” I was done with my drink in 10 minutes he still had his hot coffee 20 minutes later. I suggest—stop using the blender, stir the matcha in by hand like other locations the foam won’t form & you can use more milk. In the photo, I’ve removed all of the foam with a spoon show just how little matcha there was in my cup.“

I came in the morning when they were super busy so I had to wait a tad bit longer (like 2 minutes maybe) and they were so apologetic when there was no need really. on top of that the quality of the food was on point. one of the best dunkin’ donuts experiences i’ve ever had.“

“UPDATE on my situation with this Dunkin Donuts. (Original post below) Although it took a while and many phone calls to the owner of this location and to corporate, (I am very persistent) this issue has been resolved and I am very happy with the way it was handled. I have been paid back the $200 I spent on getting my car back from the towing company, partly in cash and partly in free coffee, which is fine with me considering the amount of coffee I consume. Just wanted to update my review since I believe in giving credit where credit is due! Very happy with the manager and staff for owning up to their mistake and taking responsibility!!! Old post: After being a returning and loyal customer to this Dunkin Donuts location for 4+ years, I am extremely appalled at the way the staff and management here treats their customers and community. Yesterday, Sunday August 6th 2017, after purchasing my daily iced coffee, my car broke down in the parking lot at around 4pm. After attempting to jumpstart my car with no luck, I went inside and asked an employee if it would be okay to leave my car in the parking lot for the day and possibly overnight, as none of the dealerships are open on Sundays. The employee told me that yes, this was fine. I returned today to find that my car had been TOWED despite the fact that I was told by an employee that it would be okay to leave it there!!!! I spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that it was MY FAULT for asking the "wrong employee" who decided not to share the information with the rest of the staff. I asked to speak with his boss, and was blatantly told, "No." I had to pay $200 to get my car back because of the EXTREME lack of communication and respect at this Dunkin Donuts location.“
